‘I’m fine, don't worry about me. That aside, I’m a bit busy now so you take care, alright?’

‘You too,’ replied Xavia as she stared at the message log for the longest time before closing her eyes. She truly hoped that Stefan would be able to find his own happiness…

Unbeknownst to Xavia, Stefan was gravely ill, and he was currently being hospitalized…

Whatever the case was, Xavia finally snapped out of it when she heard a familiar voice say, “Xavia?”

It was Cara. She, for one, hadn’t heard of the public announcement yet, and she was currently holding a hoe. Happily walking up to Xavia, she then said, “You’re finally back! It’s been lonely without you around. That aside, I’ve made sure to keep your land and yard all spick and span during your absence!”

Though it was clear that Cara was simply asking to be credited, Xavia couldn’t be bothered to hold any grudges against her. As long as that woman did as she promised, then Xavia didn’t mind allowing her to stay.

With that, she ultimately replied, “Good job, and thank you. Just a heads up, but I’ll be resuming the shoot from today onward. With that said, I’m heading off to prepare the site and check on the crops now…”
