Back at the ward, Xavia couldn’t be any happier when she learned that she could finally be discharged at noon. After all, she hadn’t been able to properly spend time with Yulia from the moment her daughter had begun studying over a month ago. It didn’t help that she had fallen sick immediately after filming those four major videos…
Whatever the case was, she knew that she needed to start spending more time with the child once she got home again. Her train of thought was cut short when a familiar voice suddenly said, “You know, it really makes me wonder if you’re here all the time because of how frail you are, or because you simply want Brother Zivon’s attention…”
Realizing that it was Fiona—who had her usual doctor’s uniform on—, Xavia simply scoffed, “Like that had anything to do with you.”
She, for one, was still irked by the memory of Fiona trash-talking her the last time they had met.
Regardless, After Fiona gave a sneer, she was quick to retort in a mocking tone, “Truly as much of a schemer as your sister… Either way, who are you exactly to Brother Zivon? His lover?”
This, of course, momentarily startled Xavia. It was true that she had agreed to go out with Zivon while he was still with Jenna… And at the moment, she was still with him while he was dating Sophia. Come to think of it, wasn’t she more of a typical mistress rather than a lover at the moment…?
…Even if that was the case, Xavia didn’t want Fiona to find out about any of this. After all, knowing how b*tchy that woman was, she’d surely use the information to stir chaos! With that, she simply remained silent…
Realizing that Xavia was ignoring her, Fiona couldn’t help but feel irked. She had already felt that something was terribly off when she saw Xavia back at Zivon’s apartment, and it didn’t help that Zivon was defending her so much. Hell, she had even heard some doctors talking about how much Zivon was caring for some patient earlier…! She had a hunch who it was, and true enough, it really was Xavia! With that in mind, was her silence due to her guilt…?!
