The Kiss that Sparked it All novel Chapter 858

In other words, Patricia had been masquerading as his real savior, and under the guise of this savior, she'd been pulling the wool over his eyes for ten years!

The anger radiating from Theo filled the whole ward, sending a chill through everyone.

Patricia could clearly feel the tension in the air. She instinctively looked at Theo and immediately saw his icy, gloomy eyes.

"Theo, what's the matter? Why are you looking at me like that?"

Theo asked her in a calm tone, "Ms. Howard, when did you bring me food every day back then, and how many times a day?"

Patricia guiltily glanced away and plucked up the courage to answer, "Uh... I don't quite remember... I think it was twice a day, morning and evening..."

Theo looked down at her, "Ms. Howard, I'll ask you again. Do you not remember, or do you simply not know?"

Patricia realized she had messed up, "I really can't remember! Theo, it's been ten years; I was only ten years old then; how could a kid remember so many details?"

Theo said darkly, "Even if your memory is poor, you can't get a single detail right!"

Did she really mess up? Patricia's eyes welled up with tears again, and she scrambled to defend herself, "Theo, how could you not believe me? I just got some things wrong; it doesn't mean our encounter never happened."

Theo looked at Patricia on the verge of tears. He used to just feel annoyed, but now he felt sick.

This couldn't be happening!

She was still hoping that Patricia could marry into the Blanchet family one day, so she could help her gain some respect.

The only thing that linked Patri and Theo was her identity as his savior.

If she were really exposed today, it would be a complete failure.

Considering this, Xenia immediately came over to defend her daughter, "Theo, my daughter, Patri, has a bad memory; it's normal for her to get some things wrong from so many years ago! You can't deny that she once saved your life just because Patri got some details wrong!"
