Amelia was busy with the treatment. Her mind was fully focused; the outside noise could not distract her.
She first checked Cora’s pulse again, carefully confirming her condition one more time.
After that, she calmly sterilized the needles. One by one, she placed them with perfect accuracy.
Every needle showed her focus and confidence.
Her technique, and even the design of the needles, was very different from traditional needle treatments.
Several traditional medical specialists were also in the room. When they saw her smooth, steady movements, their eyes lit up with admiration.
Quietly, they began to talk among themselves. Their earlier doubts about Amelia started to fade.
One of them whispered, “I’ve practiced medicine for decades, and I’ve never seen needlework this precise. It’s incredible.”
Another nodded and chimed in, “And those needles, I’ve never seen anything like them. She may have designed them herself.”
Their words were full of praise.
Brielle, however, felt even more upset when she saw this. She muttered under her breath, “She’s probably just getting lucky.”
Nydia heard her and frowned deeply. She shot Brielle a sharp look. Brielle finally shut her mouth, though clearly unwilling.
Sabrina said nothing, but her eyes stayed fixed on Amelia. No one could tell what she was thinking.
Amelia seemed not to hear any of it. She stayed completely focused. Her eyes were steady and calm.
Every movement-placing the needle, adjusting it was done at just the right moment.
As time passed, Cora’s pale face slowly gained a bit of color. Her breathing became much more even.
Amelia then carefully fed Cora the medicine she had prepared. The liquid slid slowly down Cora’s throat.
It was a formula made specifically for her condition.
Not long after drinking it, Cora suddenly began to cough. The coughing grew worse, and then she started vomiting blood.
The family members and the doctors were all terrified.
“My God! What did you give my grandma?” This time, Brielle finally had the chance to shout openly, “She’s throwing up blood!”
Even Esmond frowned. “What’s going on? Is this medicine not suitable for my mother?”

Amelia spoke calmly, without panic. “It’s not a problem. Cora has a lot of buildup and toxins in her body. That caused blocked blood flow.
“What she’s coughing up is impurities and blood trapped in her system.” Amelia continued. “Once it’s out, she just needs proper rest. She will recover.”
Amelia had expected this reaction. She understood why everyone felt this way.
To people who didn’t know medicine, coughing up blood looked like a major emergency.
But in Cora’s case, the situation was actually a good sign.
If the trapped blood didn’t come out, that would be far more dangerous.
“What nonsense is this?” Brielle snapped. “Grandma is coughing up blood, and you’re talking about impurities and toxins? You’re nothing but a fraud!”
“My grandma gets checked every year by specialists and nutritionists. How could she possibly have toxins in her body?”
Faced with Brielle’s ignorance, Amelia could only look at her as if she were foolish.
At Cora’s age, the body naturally slowed down. Waste buildup and blockages were normal.
Only someone with no basic knowledge would shout like this.
