The Heiress Nobody Saw Coming (Natalie and Marcus) novel Chapter 711

After placing the half-naked Samuel on the couch, Tom Ridley and Evan Clarke looked at him with excessive concern.

"Mr. Sinclair, if you ever need to use the bathroom, just let us know. One of us will carry you there," Tom said sincerely.

"My pants. Where are my pants?" Samuel's face flushed red. "You two—I'm firing you. You're both fired!"

"That won't do," Tom replied with an innocent look on his face. "Mr. Sinclair, we were hired by Mrs. Sinclair to take care of you. You don't have the right to dismiss us."

"Maggie, get out here!" Samuel gave up reasoning with them and shouted for Maggie, who had her back to him.

"Mr. Sinclair, your bottom half is exposed! I can't look at you," Maggie said pitifully. "Mr. Sinclair, you injured your legs, not your hands. Can't you put your pants on yourself?"

"Oh, so you wanted to put your pants on!" Tom snapped his fingers in mock realization. "Mr. Sinclair, you should've said so earlier. I'll help you put them on."

"Evan, hold Mr. Sinclair down. I'll dress him."

"Got it, Tom."

Evan effortlessly lifted Samuel with one arm while Tom grabbed Samuel's pants and put them on for him.

"Mr. Sinclair, your willy's looking a bit underwhelming. Would you like us to recommend a specialist for that?"

Tom said this while glancing at Samuel's private region.

Maggie, still with her back turned, burst into silent laughter, her shoulders shaking. She had hired the two of them exactly because they were aggravating, big-built men who no average guy could fight off. Even if someone got angry, they would just have to suck it up.

"Maggie, call Sierra right now and tell her to fire these two! I don't want them!" Samuel's face went from scarlet to pale, then red again. No man could tolerate being told his asset was underwhelming.

And now that he was injured, he couldn't even chase them out. He couldn't stand up properly while these two were lifting him around like a chick.

He had never realized how helpless he really was. It was utterly humiliating.

"Mr. Sinclair, they were hired by Mrs. Sinclair. She only wants the best for you and hopes you'll recover soon," Maggie explained kindly. "You said you want to reconcile with Mrs. Sinclair, didn't you? But you're not even accepting her care. That'll only hurt her."

"Mr. Sinclair, they just want to do their job well. They're afraid of slacking off and taking Mrs. Sinclair's money for nothing," she continued. "If you think they've done something wrong, just tell them directly. They'll listen and improve."

"Exactly." The two caretakers nodded in unison. Tom began, "We're known as top-tier caregivers. Not once has a client sent us back. We can't be dismissed on day one, Mr. Sinclair. If word gets out, how are we supposed to stay in the caregiving business?"

"Right. You can criticize us, but firing us? That's off the table, Mr. Sinclair," Evan added.

Though they were just caregivers, they spoke with a kind of dominance that left Samuel with no room to argue.

"For you to think this way, clearly we haven't been considerate enough. But don't worry, Mr. Sinclair. From now on, we'll take care of you completely, around the clock.

"Evan, carry Mr. Sinclair to bed. I'll give him a message."

"Okay, Tom."

Evan picked Samuel up like a sack and headed for the bedroom, Tom following closely behind.

They had been given specific instructions. Samuel could be handled however roughly they pleased, as long as there was no proof left behind.

If they couldn't leave proof, then they would use honeyed words and iron hands. That was their specialty, after all.

Once Evan laid Samuel on the bed, he immediately started undressing him.

Samuel tried to resist, but Evan grabbed his wrist and pinned him down.
