The CEO's Unplanned Heir novel Chapter 334

He gently pinched her cheek and said, "You are more than enough."

He was seldom interested in women, and she was the only woman who could turn him on.

Aurelia would be a fool to believe him. She would've thought that the icy, aloof man would learn to sweet-talk.

"I'm also going to revise the family rules. No penalty for the wife for beating the mistress."

"As you wish." His voice held a hint of indulgence.

A strange feeling fluttered in Aurelia's heart. She had never imagined that she could one day be indulged by him.

But now, she was afraid of opening her heart, of being abandoned, of getting hurt.

To her, he was less reliable than Arnold, for he was merciless, turning his face faster than flipping through a book.

"I'm going to make desserts with Kane, and he hasn't tasted my desserts yet."

"I haven't either." He smirked, with a hint of tease.

"Then let's eat together, and I made enough for everyone." She brushed his hand off and headed downstairs.

Leopold and Kane also entered the kitchen, awaiting their treat.

After the desserts were ready, Leopold instructed the servant to serve it to Jessica and Sheryl.

Kane called Laura, and the four of them sat at the dining table, enjoying their afternoon tea.

No sooner had they finished eating than Desan’s families arrived.

Lisa brought her assistant Charlie and her sister Lizzy. Lizzy was the bridesmaid for the wedding.

When Leopold walked out of the dining room with his son, Lizzy's eyes were immediately glued to him.

She had never seen such a handsome man, like a god descended from heaven. Even Hollywood's most handsome stars would feel inferior in his presence.

She took a good look at Lisa, a beautiful mixed-race woman.

After exchanging pleasantries, the servant brought in coffee.

Aurelia said, "Lisa, we have discussed, that the wedding will be at the Grand Cloud Hotel, the best hotel in Elysium. As for the date, Sheryl will choose it."

Lisa smirked, "Thank you for arranging the wedding of me and Arnold. To be honest, I'm quite surprised."

Hearing this, Aurelia understood that she knew about her and Arnold's relationship. For some reason, she felt something unusual.

Was it a coincidence that the daughter of the richest man in the country happened to be a match for Arnold's mother?

"As a daughter-in-law of the Stirling family, it's my duty."

Lizzy snorted, "I heard you're quite a piece of work. Married to Leopold and seduced Arnold." Shouldn't such a woman be driven out of the family?

Aurelia remained calm, took a sip of her coffee, and slowly said, "If Lisa was concerned about the past, she wouldn't have proposed marriage, right?"
