The Billionaire Who Stole My Heart novel Chapter 143

Isaac helped Donna Dustin out of the car, and just as she was getting steady, Brittany rushed over. She parked her car, opened the door, and hurried over.

"Granny."

Brittany hugged Donna Dustin tightly, her eyes slightly red. "Why didn't you tell me you were coming? You know, I've been worried sick!"

"Aren't I here safe and sound?" Donna Dustin held Brittany with a face full of joy. "Bri, you've lost weight."

"I've been dieting; of course, I would lose weight." Brittany immediately grabbed Donna Dustin's arm. "I'm sorry, don't be mad; let's go upstairs and talk, okay?"

Donna Dustin nodded, and the driver followed behind them with several boxes of health products.

"I brought you some health products; take good care of yourself."

Brittany nodded, holding onto Donna Dustin's hand. "Granny, I've made you worry."

Donna Dustin's eyes were full of affection. "Let's go upstairs and talk."

Isaac naturally followed behind them.

After they went upstairs, the driver left after setting down the things.

Isaac made Donna Dustin a cup of coffee before heading into the kitchen.

Donna Dustin sat on the sofa with Brittany, glancing around the room, her eyes landing on Isaac, who was still busy. Men who can cook were always a hit.

"Zac is older than you; what does he do?"

"He works in finance."

"Have you met his family?"

These questions should have been asked earlier, but they were delayed until now, which was a bit of a headache.

"His mother passed away; he doesn't have much to do with his father and he has a grandmother whom I've met before."

Brittany answered truthfully.

Donna Dustin seemed touched. "You've both had a tough time. Since you're married now, live a good life, understand?"

Before going to bed, Donna Dustin noticed that they were sharing a room. She felt relieved.

As long as they were happy together, that was all that mattered.

"Granny, can I sleep with you tonight?" Brittany hadn't slept with Donna Dustin in a long time and she missed it.

Isaac, who was drinking coffee, suddenly paused.

Donna Dustin agreed with a smile. "Sure, you can keep me company."

Donna Dustin went back to her room first. Brittany then remembered Isaac; she seemed to have forgotten to discuss this with him.

She went back to the living room, gently putting her arm around Isaac's shoulder. "Zakky, make sure you get some rest tonight."

Isaac reached out, steadying her. Brittany naturally sat down on his lap. "I haven't slept with my granny in a long time; I'll keep you company tomorrow night."

Isaac smiled lightly. "I didn't say you couldn't."
