“Do you even want to go?” I ask him and he nods his head quickly yes, so he doesn’t mind going, but I’m worried.

“What if I get jumped by one of your wolves then what?” I ask him, worry filling my voice.

He got up from the floor, growled and then attacked the air in front of him, and then he looked back at me with a nod, explaining that’s exactly what he’d do if anyone dares touch me.

“Fine, but what if your uncle and aunt hates me?” I ask next and he just rolls his eyes at me, saying it’s impossible to do so.

“Fine, what if things go wrong, then what?” I ask, and he gets up again he gets closer to me, much closer, he placed his head right next to my hands, keeping his mouth closed, and only making low whining noise.

I dared to touch his head, it was super soft, he had fur there, I started to pet him, and it made me feel better, and then he started to move again, just very slowly, and very softly, he moved me down to the floor next to him, and he hugged me, it’s the first time I get hugged by him in wolf form, I felt extremely safe in his arms, I didn’t know I have felt this sick before, that I was missing something until this moment.

“You’re so soft,” I say, holding him tight, he purrs happily like a cat.

I didn’t want to let him go and neither did he, that night, I fell asleep on the floor hugging him, my whole body was on top of his which kept me warm and comfy, I fell asleep and dreamed of him, I dreamt of playing along with his wolf side, in the dream I wasn’t scared, instead I was so happy about having him with me.

1120 Vouchers

It was set we’re going to meet the Blue Thorn pack, as soon as the break starts we’re gone, we’re going to drive there and stay there until the break ends, the school made sure not to give us any homework or exam so we could enjoy the said holiday. I guess it’s going to go well, I made sure to pack some of my best clothes to give a good first impression, and I asked my two friends to pray for me, we’ll see how things go after this.

The break is here, the bags are packed, the car is loaded, and it’s time to get going. I’m going to miss home for the next four days, that’s how long we’re going, and it includes the day we’ll be leaving and the day of our return.

Uncle Damian said I’m going to meet his uncle and aunt, the current alpha and Luna of the pack, they are like second parents to him, and we’re dropping River back, he can’t stay away long since he’s the on call beta.

I asked the teacher about it once, about the different generation, wolves live for way too long, how do they know who’s in charge and who’s not? Her answer was easy, the younger generation looks up to the younger alpha and beta, while the older ones look over to their original alpha and beta. On usual there’s two alpha and beta at all time, that’s how they can afford not all being at the same place at the same time, and it makes it easier to deal with the pack. Add to that, when the younger alpha or beta need help they could just check with their senior, it’s a good system, I approved, although no one took my opinion on it.

“I’m ready,” I tell Uncle Damian.

“Then we’re ready to go, bye guys,” Uncle says giving my mother and his brother a hug, I hugged mom too, she held me close, she sniffed me, and she wouldn’t let me go, if she doesn’t want me to go, why did they kick us out?
