“So you’re Miss Misery, nice meeting you,” she says giving me a quick hug.

“Who told you that name?” I ask, how did she know to call me that?

“I did, we met earlier,” Noelle says from my side with the giant smile of mischief on her face.

“Goddess, have mercy on us,” Levent says making both girls giggle.

“Nope,” they both say at the same time, telling us that they don’t plan on playing nice.

“This is going to be just like the old days brother, only now you got two Lotus instead of one,” the other guy that I didn’t recognise say, so this is his brother, the one who’s mated to his step–daughter.

“I’m alpha Damian, his younger brother,” the guy says offering me a hand to shake and I take it.

“Oh yay, we can tease Mia together,” Noelle says.

“Mia and Wolf,” she says, now I get that she’s calling Levent wolf.

We left the hospital with our escorts, and went toward the alpha’s home, Mariano insisted we all get there to have some food and just hang out, some of the pack members also want to come and check on us, it’s easier for them to find us there.

We couldn’t object to that, we were feeling much better, and I was very thankful for the beta to have brought me a nice sundress to wear today, along with some toiletries for me to wash up and get ready before everyone arrived in the hospital. I too had my wolf on time out, the doctor said it’s better for me not to try and shift for at least a week as well since I have pulled every muscle in my body and have put a lot of pressure on my heart and veins.

We made it to the alpha’s home and walked in holding hands, there was a barbecue waiting for us, and most of the pack members were waiting for us to come so they could check that we’re fine and congratulate us on finding each other.

There was so much food and I was starving, the hospital food was torture and we both hated it, but now the food is so damn good, and I’m starving, so I went crazy eating, having a bit of everything.

“Attention, everyone,” Mariano says, standing in the middle of the backyard, getting everyone’s attention.

“We’re here today to celebrate one of our own, Levent, congratulation on getting a second chance, we are all over your damn sadness and misery,” Mariano says making everyone laugh, it’s just an ongoing joke to keep on calling Levent Mr Miserable.

“To second chances,” Mariano says raising his glass and everyone followed him, we had a toast, drinking beer, soda and plain water.

It was one of my best moments ever, it was the one of the best days of my life, I was having the best time ever, I was enjoying every second of everything, we stayed out until the sunset and then people started to go home, leaving us alone.

“So we better go inside?” I ask my mate.

“Nope, we’re not staying here,” he says answering me.

“Then we’re going to my home?” I ask him.

“Nope,” he says again.

“You want me to just leave?” I ask him, if he doesn’t want to stay with me, he could just say it.

“What no,” he says again.

“Then what Levent?” I ask him, getting angry with him now.

“We’re not going to stay at the Alpha’s place, and your place is too small for us, where are we going to sleep? Next to Noelle,” he says and I just shrug, he’s right, I only have one bedroom, and we need at least two, I didn’t get the chance to save up enough to get another place yet or get a car, that was my first goal.

“Then what?” I ask him with a big pout.

“I’m going to take you to my home, Victoria never have the chance to come here with me, so it doesn’t have anyone’s else memories, it’s going to be just our place,” he says making me smile, a real wide smile.

“What about?” I start wanting to ask about Noelle.

“She’ll move in with us of course,” he answers me before I got to ask.

“I didn’t know you had a place,” I say again.

“You never asked, come on, it was cleaned up this morning and it’s ready for us to get there, maybe Noelle can spend the night with Flower and join us tomorrow,” he says with a wink making me blush bloody red, I looked at Noelle and saw she was happy spending time with Lotus and she clearly didn’t want to leave with me.

But I checked of course, asking her where she want to stay tonight, she and Lotus crossed arms and told me they’re going to kick Damian and Mariano out and have a girl night along with Nutmeg. I was happy that she’s making friends, they’re a bit older than her, but they have adopted her right into their sisterhood, and I trusted those two lunas to take good care of my sister.

“Ready?” Levent asks me and I nod, I was ready to go, we got in his car and he drove us to his place, it wasn’t that far away we could’ve walked but neither of us had the energy to do so. His house was a medium–sized house, it was all clean and tidy from the outside, he walked in and opened the door/without using the keys.

The house was spotless on the inside, it was furniture in a very minimalist, it was clean and only had a very little amount of personal decoration.
