“You got something that belongs to me, give it back and we’ll leave,” Levent says, I don’t appreciate being called something.

“I’m okay, your thing is fine,” I yelled back at him, angry at the way he called me thing.

“I don’t mean to call you a thing Mia, but I couldn’t say your name, I needed to make sure you’re here,” he says throwing the blame over to Rex, and I believed him, after he saves me, I’ll think of forgiving him for calling me a thing.

The knocking on the door outside stopped, there was two strong slams, and then the door flew open, and in came Levent, the beta and three other wolf I recognised from the pack.

Rex came out from near the door and showed them the gun that’s raised against my head, I had bruises all over me and no pants on, I bet I looked crazy, their growls got ten times louder, they were going to attack first and ask questions later.

“No–no–no…” Rex says, stopping everyone in their spot as he lift his gun higher, showing them all who’s in charge here.

“Anyone get any closer and I’ll blow her head off,” Rex warns them.
