“I’ll see you when you get home,” she says ending the call with me, I was still fucking worried over who the hell is asking for me, and why they are asking for me, could it be one of the old pack? “She’s fine, it’s nothing,” I said but that only pushed him to ask me some more about what’s going on.

“Mia, didn’t we agree on not hiding stuff? I have one more client, then we’ll leave, maybe we can talk over a coffee, or food,” he says and I just nod, as he went back inside.

I got my phone and looked at it, it’s the same old number but I have blocked everyone from the old pack, I looked through my social media and still I had nothing, so I closed my phone and felt my leg trembling without my permission, I was jumpy and scared, but I didn’t know who might be here asking for me.

I waited for the time to be over and then we both left, we went to have a bite of food, and as usual we ordered extra to take home for Noelle so she can eat as well, it’s not like she’s staying hungry while I’m out of the house, she gets a tone of snack and food from the alpha’s home and Beta place.
