“She’s sixteen, I had her when I was young, her dad is out of the picture,” she says quickly and I sighed happily.

“A teenager daughter, you’re getting more exciting by the second Victoria,” I say with a big smile, she looked at me and finally stopped crying, I don’t mind the daughter, so no need to cry anymore.

“You don’t mind?” she asks me.

“I’ll love her like my own, I promise,” I promised her meaning every word I said.

“She’s a sassy little thing,” Viki warns me.

“She’s delicate, I need to talk things to her slowly, we can’t just throw it on her,” she says and I just nod, sixteen is an awkward age, she needs some heads up first.

“Fine, does that mean, you’re not going home with me tonight?” I say pouting, I wanted to hold her while I sleep tonight.

“No, but I don’t work anymore, we can stay together until my shifts end,” she says and I nod agreeing with her, this was the beginning of a great thing.
