Quentin arrived at the amusement park alone.
Naomi showed up a few minutes after he did.
Quentin's eyes darkened when he laid eyes on Naomi. He wanted to say something, but Naomi ignored him entirely. Instead, she turned to Sienna and asked, "Sienna, is Henry not joining us today?"
"He said he'll be here soon," Sienna replied.
Just then, Naomi spotted a couple in the distance.
"Sienna, why does that guy look like Henry?" Naomi nudged Sienna and pointed at the couple.
Sienna turned to look and remarked, "Because it is him."
Naomi was astonished as she blurted, "Why is he standing with a girl? Could she be Henry's current girlfriend?"
Tessa, Sienna, and Naomi exchanged curious glances.
Shortly after, Henry led the girl over to them.
Quentin smiled and asked, "Aren't you going to introduce us, Henry?"
Henry grinned. "This is my girlfriend, Samantha McKinnon."
Samantha was beautiful. She had long straight black hair, big eyes, and porcelain skin. She wasn't very tall at around five feet two, but she was slim. She was wearing a light blue dress and looked like a sweet girl.
"Hello," she said softly. She sounded adorable and somewhat nervous at the same time.
She was your typical girl-next-door type.
Everyone greeted her with a friendly smile on their faces.
Still, none of them had expected Henry to go for a girl like Samantha.
That was because Henry had a type. It didn't matter whether they were actresses or models because the women he preferred to date had always been mature and glamorous. They almost always boasted voluptuous figures and gorgeous looks.
Yet, it was clear that he had moved out of his comfort zone.
"Since we're all here, let's go in and have some fun!" Sienna chirped.
Since they were using the VIP entrance, they didn't need to wait in line for tickets.
Naomi took the lead, seemingly still mad at Quentin. She even deliberately kept a fast pace so that she could keep a certain distance from him.
Tessa and Stephen walked side by side just behind her.
He had been dating her for at least half a year, hadn't he?
Sienna could still remember Henry's nonchalant look last year. He had insisted that he was only dating Samantha for the heck of it and that their relationship wouldn't end in marriage.
Still, that had been months ago. Now, not only was he still dating her, but he had also introduced Samantha to them.
Could it be that Henry was serious this time around?
Sienne thought to herself in amusement, "Maybe Henry's finally found his true love."
Naomi loved thrilling rides, so she dragged Sienna and Tessa to the nearest roller coaster.
Sienna was as brave as a mouse. So, she smiled and declined Naomi, saying, "You guys go ahead. This roller coaster isn't for me. I'm fine with the regular boring rides. Roller coasters are beyond me."
"I'll join you. I like exciting rides too," Tessa said with a laugh.
"Me too," Stephen piped up, following them.
Quentin hastily cried out, "Wait up! I'm coming too!"
Naomi's lips curled into an imperceptible smile.
