Find me in your labyrinth (Stella and Jonathan) novel Chapter 3102

Henson's curiosity only grew. "How did Gonzalez react?"

"He..." Norah remembered his grip on her, and in the dim light, her cheeks burned crimson again.

She tried to push past the embarrassing memories, trying to recall his exact reaction after she kissed him.

But the way things escalated had caught them both off guard. Her mind had completely short-circuited, and she had turned and bolted. Thinking back on it now, she couldn't even remember what expression he'd had on his face.

But he hadn't pushed her away.

Or maybe he had resisted for a fleeting second, only to give in to her alcohol-fueled boldness. After that, he seemed to take the lead.

They had kissed for a long time.

Norah couldn't help but blush again. Thank goodness the balcony was dark enough to hide it.

Henson took one look at her face and figured it out. He couldn't help but feel happy for her. "Not bad. You won him over pretty quick!"

Norah raised an eyebrow, pressing her lips into a smile. "It's not certain yet. Don't say that too soon."

"Keep at it," Henson said bluntly. "Kiss him a few more times and you'll lock it down."

Norah was stunned by his audacity, feeling a mix of embarrassment and amusement. Would she ever get such a perfect opportunity again?

Xavier sat in the backyard for a long time before finally heading upstairs.

Zachary and the rest of the crew were back upstairs, drinking and playing cards. Someone called out to him, and he gave a vague response before retreating to his room.

Pushing the door open, he immediately frowned.

Circe, who was supposed to be sleeping out in the yard, had somehow snuck through the window and was now curled up perfectly in the center of his bed, looking utterly comfortable.

He didn't like Circe. He was always gruff with the kitten, yet for some reason, Circe adored clinging to him and always snuck onto his bed to sleep.
