Chapter 546 Chaos at the Residence
Even though they’d tampered with the will and every last document, she trusted Esmond to handle it personally-meaning it wouldn’t be easily overturned.
She’d been with Raymond for over a decade. She’d long since left herself an escape hatch..
Quietly collecting everything about him. Buying off the people around him.
Even his handwriting-she’d been secretly copying it for years, until it was so flawless that even machines and AI wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.
“N-No way! How could my dad give you everything?
“These documents are fake!”
The Nygard brothers stared at the paperwork, unable to believe it was real.
No matter how blinded their father had been, the most he’d do was leave them a large payout.
How could he hand the entire Nygard estate to them?
Where would that leave them-and their mother?
“If you don’t believe it, go to the notary’s office or the poper departments anytime. Verify it yourselves.
“It can’t be helped. Raymond loved me so much that he was willing to give me everything.”
Regina Jenkins lied without blinking, not even bothering to dress it up.
Even though there were no deeds or paperwork for the illa that they lived in.
But in her mind, if everything else belonged to her, the this house obviously did, too.
She was doing it on purpose-taking the home they’d lived in for years right out from under them.
Not because she treasured the villa, but because she wanted to stab them where it hurt.
She wanted them to believe Raymond loved her so much that he didn’t care about his own family at all.
He had even given her their warm, familiar home.
The worse they suffered, the better she felt.
“Impossible! No matter how blind my dad was, there’s way he’d give you our home-this place full of memories!”
Maxwell refused to believe it. He couldn’t accept it.
His eyes went bloodshot as he lunged forward, ready to hit someone.
They’d come into his own house to bully them-he didnt care about rules like “don’t hit women” anymore.
Because in his eyes, they weren’t women at all.
“Don’t you dare! I’ll call the cops!”
Regina and Gianna had expected them to snap. They’d rought bodyguards.
So, when Maxwell charged, she immediately signaled her men to hit back.
Marcelo and Miguel weren’t about to stand by and watch their brother get beaten.
They rushed in to fight back.
The Nygard Residence erupted into chaos.
“If you won’t take the polite way, don’t blame us for getting rough.
“Go inside and throw all their things out. Don’t leave a single item behind.”
Regina and Gianna were brazenly smug.
Acting like they owned the place now, they tried to forcibly evict them.
No matter what, they wanted revenge for being kicked at of the funeral that day.
Then, a group of well-trained mercenaries suddenly stormed in.
They didn’t say a word-just charged in and cleaned ou Regina’s men.
Her bodyguards were no match. They went down fast.
“My dad hasn’t even been gone for seven days, and you hameless parasites are already swarming the house. Touch anything again-go ahead, try.”
The one speaking was Amelia.
She wore a black athletic set with her hair in a high ponytail, looking sharp and clean-cut.
There was a lethal chill in her expression-violence hel tightly on a leash.
Gianna and Regina hadn’t expected that damned woman to show up again.
“So, what is it—did you come to steal the Nygards’ mony, or do you actually care about your dad?
“When he was alive, you called him ‘Mr. Nygard. Now yu suddenly want to call him Dad?”
“Aren’t you doing the same-grabbing for the inheritance while his body isn’t even cold?”
