Freya paused, her hand holding the phone trembling slightly.

At that moment, the music started. Matteo turned his head back, calmly holding Isabella in his arms as they, along with the other parents, walked around the chairs.

After a couple of rounds, the music stopped, and Matteo, holding Isabella, smiled as he sat down on the chair beside

them.

Seeing that they had gotten a seat, Isabella waved excitedly at Freya, “Mommy, we got a chair!”

Freya replied, “I saw.”

Honestly, when Freya first saw the schedule for today’s parent–child activities, she thought both Matteo and Isabella would find these games boring.

The reality, however, was that as soon as Isabella was picked up by Matteo before the game began, she was already

excited.

Now that they had won a seat, she was even more thrilled.

Matteo smiled as he heard her, glancing at Freya.
