"Time flows differently?" Vivian almost dismissed the thought. After all, the time gaps had always been similar every time she had gone to find Manfred.
The sky would darken here, and it would be the same on his side.
However, she quickly negated her thoughts. Considering the two separate worlds, coupled with how she hadn't been able to see Manfred recently, it was possible that the time difference had something to do with it.
Or maybe it was something she just couldn't fully grasp. Regardless, all the speculations would only be clarified when she could finally see Manfred.
"Uncle Harvey, if I told you that I might be able to use this bracelet to reach the world where my parents are and find them, would you believe me? Or would you think I'm just dreaming?" Vivian asked seriously.
Harvey's heart skipped a beat at her words.
He then responded earnestly, "Of course, I believe you without a doubt. You're not daydreaming. If you can find your parents, anything you need, I'll be there for you."
Vivian's eyes reddened. "You're the best, Uncle Harvey."
The two talked for a little while longer before Vivian expressed her wish to return to Galaxy Villa. Harvey had work to do, but he still agreed to take her back to the villa.
However, he was worried about Vivian. Before leaving, he reminded her to call him if she felt unwell, or else he would have Edgar return to take care of her.
Vivian quickly refused. "No, no, I can take care of myself. Uncle Harvey, I'm grown up now. Today, I just want to quietly read some books and find some materials. The fridge is stocked. I can make myself something to eat. Don't worry."
