Right now, Vivian deeply wished she could see Manfred again. But it had been over a month, and no matter how she tried, she couldn't meet him.
"Vivian? Wake up, we're here." Harvey's gentle voice brought her out of her half-conscious state.
Vivian slowly opened her eyes, blinking groggily at Harvey. "Uncle Harvey, we've arrived?"
"Yeah, you'll be staying at my place tonight," Harvey said, his tone calm but firm. None of them felt comfortable letting Vivian stay alone at Galaxy Villa.
Steven's house was bustling with family members, so it wasn't exactly quiet, while Harvey lived alone in a spacious and peaceful home.
The driver had already dropped off Steven and Paul. Vivian, still feeling drained and lethargic, followed Harvey into his home while stifling a yawn.
Seeing how tired she was, Harvey softly said, "Why don't you go take a shower first? Your clothes are in your room. I'll quickly make some pasta for us."
Since Vivian and the others often liked to visit him, Harvey had renovated a few guest rooms in his house specifically for them. He had also made sure to stock up on all the daily essentials they might need.
Vivian nodded slightly and headed to her designated room. Meanwhile, Harvey started cooking while talking to Howard over the phone.
"She's been listless since coming down from the mountain. She still doesn't have any energy. Do you think she caught a cold? What medicine should I give her?"
Howard replied, "Don't worry too much. It's likely due to the emotional toll she's been through today. Think back to when Mr. Martin and Mrs. Martin went missing over two years ago. Vivian was so young, but she stayed strong and didn't cry. But today, she did.
"It could be due to emotional strain, or she might have caught a cold. Check her temperature and see if she's running a fever. If she does, give her some medicine. I'll send you a list of medicines she can take."
