The Kiss that Sparked it All novel Chapter 1747

The chubby boy not only refused to comfort the crying girl; he even snatched her hair clip and tossed it on the ground, laughing uproariously as he did so.

Her tears only intensified, and seeing this, Baber, who had been quietly reading a storybook up front, stepped in. He reprimanded the chubby kid, commanding him to pick up the butterfly hair clip and return it to the girl.

The chubby boy, however, ignored Baber. He even went as far as to mock him with grotesque faces.

Angry now, Baber warned him that if he didn't pick up the butterfly hair clip and return it to the girl, he would call the teacher in.

"You wouldn’t dare!" The chubby boy challenged him. "If you rat me out, I'll smash your face in!"

And with that, he menacingly grabbed Baber's collar and raised his fist.

Baber looked serious. He was clearly trying to control his temper. He took a deep breath and called out for the teacher.

In an attempt to silence him, the chubby boy swung a fist at Baber's face.

Baber, however, dodged the attack and even pushed him away with force.

The chubby boy, unsteady due to his size, stumbled and fell, hitting his leg against the table. In pain, he gritted his teeth and got up, still determined to fight. He swung his fist at Baber again, but Baber continued to dodge his attacks, refusing to fight back.

After several missed punches and kicks, the chubby boy ended up hurting himself more. He even fell and cut his forehead. His ridiculous fury had the whole class roaring with laughter, which only served to intensify his rage.

In his embarrassment, he turned his anger back onto the crying girl, roughly pulling her braids and making her scream.
