Rita Skates, the only female in the group behind Owen, who had black hair, said coldly, "Looks like you'll have to die here today."
"Those who know about our identity have only one outcome—death," Owen declared as he lifted the machete in his hand and swung it at Yolanda threateningly.
"Stop wasting time." Yolanda tilted her head as she loosened her wrists. "All of you, just attack at the same time."
"How confident of you!" Owen stepped forward to close in on Yolanda. "I could kill you single-handedly!"
Owen raised his machete and swung down swiftly, aiming directly for Yolanda's chest. He wanted to kill her with one move, then finish off the person in the car.
Little did Owen expect, his machete only swung halfway before coming to a sudden halt.
"What? How is this possible?" He didn't know when, but the little lady before him had grabbed his wrist firmly.
Yolanda held onto Owen's wrist tightly. She hadn't exerted any force, yet Owen wasn't able to move anymore.
Owen didn't expect Yolanda to be so strong. However, what difference could it make? There were so many of them against her. Surely they could take on a little lady and win, right?
"My turn! Die!"
Owen didn't care about his machete anymore. He gritted his teeth and kicked his leg forward toward Yolanda's abdomen. Yolanda dodged. He missed again.
Owen's team started to realize that things weren't going in their favor, so they gripped their weapons tightly and rushed over. They were planning to attack Yolanda together with Owen.
They had just gotten near to Yolanda before she forcefully took Owen's machete from him. She kicked him. He flew backwards.
Then, in the next minute, there were continuous sounds of people yelping in pain on that secluded road.
