Yolanda was dressed in cheap clothes, making it hard to believe she had a few thousand dollars to spend on clothing.
"Forget it, Yolanda. I feel like this style isn't really suitable for me." Kelly didn't want Yolanda to spend so much money out of spite. "Let's go check out other stores."
"Oh, you can't afford it? Just say so. Why pretend it doesn't suit you?" Sofie was even more disdainful after hearing Kelly's words. "If you can't afford it, just get out! Don't put on a show here!"
"Sofie, is this how you treat customers? I'm going to file a complaint against you!" Even with Kelly's good temper, she couldn't tolerate Sofie's contempt any longer.
"File a complaint? Ha! Do you really think I'd be scared of you?" Sofie clearly didn't take Kelly seriously.
Besides, people in the mall generally protected one another. If complaints were genuinely effective, Sofie wouldn't be so brazen.
"Jaime, remember to disinfect this area after they leave. Look at how shabbily they're dressed. They must have germs all over them. Let's not affect other customers."
"Got it!" The staff member named Jaime nodded repeatedly. The corner of her mouth curled up slightly as if she were stifling a laugh.
Sharon couldn't hold back any longer. She pointed at Sofie and shouted, "You're going too far! It's just a few thousand dollars! Swipe my card!"
Upon hearing that, Sofie clicked her tongue. She sized up Sharon and noticed the credit card she had pulled out.
"Kelly, you actually have a nouveau riche friend? But to buy new styles in our store, you need to buy matching accessories. That suit you like requires a minimum spend of 20 thousand dollars on accessories just to be allowed to queue up. And of course, you'll have to wait behind the other VIP members."
Sofie was clearly making things difficult for them.
