Too Late Mr. White! I'm Married To Your Rival Now novel Chapter 263

Aria's POV

For the next long stretch of time, my life became incredibly hectic.

A 10 AM flight to the city, then another flight to the capital that same afternoon. The following days blurred together as I focused entirely on practicing my violin. My routine became mechanical—dinner, then straight to the music room until 9:30 PM, a fifteen-minute break, shower, and bed.

This regimented schedule left me little time to dwell on how much I missed Aiden. It was only in those rare moments of stillness that the ache of separation washed over me like a tide.

We hadn't made love in what felt like forever.

I unconsciously licked my lips as certain images flashed through my mind. Maybe we could try some new positions when we were together again. The thought sent a pleasant shiver down my spine.

Without really thinking about it, I pulled out my phone and started browsing through some adult videos. I was so absorbed that I didn't even notice Aiden had finished his shower until his deep voice startled me.

"What are you watching?" he asked, his voice lower than usual.

I answered automatically, still entranced by what I was seeing on screen. "I'm looking at new positions—"

The moment the words left my mouth, I realized what I'd admitted. My entire body froze. I quickly turned off the screen and wrapped myself in the thin blanket like a burrito. "I didn't say anything!" I exclaimed, my voice muffled by the covers.

This was the first time Aiden had caught me watching p**n on my own. We'd watched erotic scenes together before, but being caught researching sex positions by myself made my heart race with embarrassment.

To make matters worse, moans from the man and woman in the video suddenly erupted from my phone. I quickly reached out one hand from my blanket cocoon to silence it.

I heard Aiden chuckle. "Alright, I didn't hear anything," he said, gently tugging at the blanket. "Come out of there before you suffocate yourself."

His comment only made me more self-conscious, though I tried to convince myself this was perfectly normal. Couples watched p**n. We'd done it together. This wasn't a big deal.

"You can come out," he said. "I'm going to dry my hair."

I remained motionless under the covers.

He laughed softly, and I heard him walk back into the bathroom. He deliberately left the door open, and the sound of the hair dryer filled the bedroom. Only then did I dare to peek out from the gap in the blanket. Confirming he was indeed in the bathroom, I emerged completely to breathe properly.

As the heat in my cheeks gradually subsided, the hair dryer fell silent. Soon after, I saw Aiden walking out of the bathroom, his hair slightly damp despite the drying.

I nervously clutched the bedsheet, my eyes darting anywhere but at him.

Aiden caught my nervous movements and smiled. "Ready for bed?" he asked.

I nodded quickly. "Yes, bed. Definitely bed."

He turned off the main light, leaving only the soft glow of the bedside lamp, then slid under the covers beside me. He turned on his side, his dark eyes gleaming with mischief.

"So... didn't you want to try some new positions?" he murmured, his voice sending waves of heat through my body.

Before I could respond, his arm wrapped around my shoulders, and his lips captured mine in a kiss that tasted of mint toothpaste and pure Aiden. His unique scent mingled with the fresh fragrance of his body wash, overwhelming my senses completely.

My body responded immediately, recognizing him. My skin tingled where he touched me, and a deep, primal need awakened inside. The invisible thread that connected us pulsed with desire.
