Too Late Mr. White! I'm Married To Your Rival Now novel Chapter 176

Aria's POV

The overwhelming presence instantly occupied my senses. I completely lost the ability to think, my nose filled with that crisp woody scent from his body.

He held my lips, deepening from shallow, his arm around my waist tightening slightly to bring me closer to him.

This position left me without leverage, so I could only instinctively raise my hands to support his arms. Through the thin clothing, I could clearly feel the power contained in his arms.

As oxygen was gradually taken away, an unreal dizzying sensation hit me. Just when I thought I would suffocate, he finally eased his assault, the fierce kiss becoming gentle, as if comforting me.

I gradually found my breathing rhythm, but my heartbeat was still uncontrollably accelerating. Aiden didn't immediately let me go, his thin lips gently pecking at mine, our breaths intertwining, making me feel weak all over.

I tried to lift my hand and found not only my arms were weak, but my entire body was incredibly soft. I weakly clung to his arm but couldn't exert any strength.

The room was so quiet only the sound of two people breathing remained. A breeze blew in from outside the window, taking away some of the heat. I finally came to my senses, my face burning red, and said quietly: "I know now."

I wanted to get up from him but was pulled back into his arms. Aiden pressed against my shoulder, his voice hoarse: "It's not just liking, you know?"

This sudden confession made my eyes well up, my heart filled completely with no room for even a gap. I raised my hand to circle his waist: "Don't lie to me, Aiden." I was afraid of taking it too seriously.

"Don't worry, I'd lie to anyone but not you." He touched my head, "You're the little liar."

I looked up to meet his gentle gaze, somewhat embarrassed: "I've never lied to you."

"You have." He didn't pursue it further, "Still sleepy?"

"Yes, I want to sleep." I really didn't rest well last night, in a half-asleep state all night.

"Then sleep for a while."

I looked at him embarrassedly: "I want to hug for a little longer."

He lowered his eyelids: "Then hug."

Mustering courage, I tightly hugged his waist. Just as I had imagined, his waist was firm and strong, giving me an unprecedented sense of security.

Unconsciously, my hands began to unconsciously stroke up and down.

"Tsk," Aiden reminded in a low voice, "How long are you going to touch?"

The embarrassment of being caught made me immediately let go: "I'm done hugging." After saying this, I quickly rolled to the side and burrowed into the covers: "I'm going to sleep!"

He gently caressed my cheek: "Sleep, I'll wake you for dinner later."

"Then I'm sleeping."

"Mm."

He responded and got up to walk toward the door. Just then, I noticed a drawer by his wardrobe that wasn't completely closed, vaguely revealing what was inside—a small leather whip and several candles.

My breathing suddenly became rapid, an indescribable heat rising from my abdomen. Aiden noticed where my gaze was directed, stopped in his tracks, and when he turned around, there was a dangerous smile at the corner of his mouth.

"Like what you see?" His voice was low and husky.

I felt my cheeks burning: "I... I didn't mean to look."

"Since you've already seen..." he slowly walked back to the bedside, leaning down to whisper in my ear, "Want to try?"

That breath brushing my ear caused a shiver. I opened my mouth but couldn't speak, only nodding slightly.

"Say it, Aria." His tone became commanding, "Tell me what you want."

"I... I want to try." My voice was barely audible, but clearly heard in this quiet room.

He smiled with satisfaction and got up to walk to the drawer. I watched his slender fingers take out the black leather whip and two deep red candles from it, my heart beating like drums.

When he walked back to the bedside, I had already sat up, nervously looking at the items in his hands.
