"Why the hell is he after the kids? They didn't do anything!" Ableson asked in shock.

He initially thought the worst-case scenario was that the guy was here to wreck the art show or maybe threaten the adults. But he never expected that Felix was actually after Ivy and Cory's lives!

"Simon has lost his mind!" Felix said seriously, "He said he wants to off a kid as payback for the child his ex-wife lost."

Rosalynn's face turned even paler.

"Seriously, my kid is the real victim here! This is your beef, right? We really have nothing to do with this!" Felix shouted angrily.

"You're a hoot," Rosalynn laughed, "You claim to be a top-notch hitman. If you're really that good, you should be confronting Simon to save your own kid, not harming mine."

Felix was suddenly silent. Yeah, why didn't he think of that before?

"If you let me go now, I'll go straight away!" Felix immediately said.

"Do I look like an easy mark to you?" Rosalynn glanced at him, "I'll have someone look into it. If it's true, I'll give you a chance to get your revenge on Simon."

"What's going on?" Paige hurried over.
