Warren’s roar was just as Felix imagined. After all, Sasha had been abducted by Ironhulk in the middle of the night. How could her family be unbothered? 

“Uncle Warren, Sasha’s safe. I’m sending her home now,” Felix said. 

“I’ll be waiting!” Warren boomed. Felix could tell that Warren was genuinely furious this time. Felix also clearly knew that Sasha had been abducted precisely because of him. 

When they arrived at Silverwood, Nattie was in tears. “Sasha!” 

Felix placed Sasha on the couch and said, “She’s fine. She just passed out.‘ 

At least Sasha wasn’t tortured–this was the only thing that reassured Felix. 

“You animal! Get lost! You’re nothing but trouble, and you’ve even dragged our family into this. Warren and I were beaten up, and all you did was a simple bandage job. Get out of here!” Nattie demanded. 

Felix said nothing in reply. He only approached Warren while gazing at him. 

“Tell me honestly. How have I treated you?” Warren asked. 

“You’ve treated me as your godson, Uncle Warren. You’ve been nothing but good to me.‘ 

At that moment, Warren’s gaze was filled with immense disappointment. 

“Why didn’t you tell me when you were in trouble? I would’ve sold everything I had to help you settle your troubles. Why did you choose the most dangerous and hated way to handle it?” 

Without any warning, he slapped Felix across the face. 

“Leave! Don’t you dare call me Uncle Warren again! It’s over. I have no shame–at least I can hold my head up to your father in the underworld when I die.” 

Felix smiled bitterly without explaining himself. He simply turned and left, thinking this was probably the best way to end things. 

Gerald had always said that peace could only be found in Eden Village. As one stepped into society, too many things would be beyond one’s control. Leaving right now might have been a way of protecting the Quintons. 

Felix had left for around ten minutes. Just then, Sasha, who had been lying on the bed, woke up. 

“Sasha! Don’t be afraid–you’re safe now.” 

“How are you feeling now? Do you need to go to the hospital?”

Seeing her parents‘ concerned looks, Sasha gradually came to her senses. She looked around but failed to find the figure that had been engraved in her mind. 

“Mom! Dad! Where’s Felix?” 

Nattie’s face immediately fell. “From now on, don’t you dare mention that scumbag again! He’s not related to us anymore. Ask your father if you don’t believe me.” 

Warren nodded his head in agreement. “Sasha, I was wrong. I didn’t expect Felix to become a troublemaker. He didn’t even tell me about the trouble he had caused. 

“Otherwise, how could it have almost ended in tragedy? I’ve already dealt with him. I’ve also told him that I’ll never have contact with him anymore.

Nattie knew the “hero to the rescue” trick had always been effective. She wasn’t surprised at all. “He ought to save you. If it weren’t for him causing trouble, how could these happen
