Finnegan had Alisha drop him off at Regi Group Tower.
Hailey, along with Shaun and a few others, had already been waiting there.
Upon seeing Finnegan alight from the car, Shaun and the other two hurriedly greeted him, “Finnegan!”
After kneeling for ten days and nights at the Goldarch Hotel, and having all her cards cut off by her family, Francesca appeared somewhat nervous. “Mr... Mr. Larkin.”
She had once oppressed Rhiannon and showed no regard for the dignity of the Haimowitz siblings. Yet, all that remained of her once commanding aura was a lingering sense of unease.
Finnegan glanced at her nonchalantly. “Your grandfather mentioned it before, didn't he?”
Francesca hastily replied, “My grandfather has instructed me to serve you and make amends. If you're not satisfied, then I should never return to the Chappell family! So, feel free to make any requests, and I will certainly carry them out.”
This was also what Devon emphasized the most.
Even if Finnegan desired her body, she had to offer herself without any hesitation.
Finnegan withdrew his gaze and moved forward. “Don't be so nervous. All you need to do is learn from your mistakes and be obedient. I won't give you a hard time.”
Although Francesca was detestable and Finnegan wished he could have killed her at that time, she had merely been a pawn in Liam's game.
Considering the genuine efforts of the Chappell family and the unforeseen acquisition of the Great Monad Stone, Finnegan thought it might not be unreasonable to forgive Francesca this time.
Francesca let out a sigh of relief, joining everyone else in following Finnegan, leaving only Alisha, who was unable to follow, waiting inside the car.
The reception staff arranged by Reginald had already been waiting in the lobby.
When she confirmed that Finnegan was the person Reginald had asked her to wait for, she quickly invited them into the executive elevator and pressed the button for the floor where the chairman's office was located.
At the same time, she was filled with trepidation.
She didn't know Finnegan, but she had seen Jaxon and Francesca who were faithfully following behind him.
Who is this handsome man? How is he able to have the children of the Miles and Chappell families trailing behind him?
However, Reginald had instructed her to only handle the reception and not to say anything else.
Despite her curiosity, she dared not say more. She led Finnegan and the others to the entrance of the chairman's office.
Just as she was about to knock, Shaun preemptively stepped forward and pushed open the door. “Finnegan, please!”
The receptionist felt a sudden pang of panic.
“Mr. Larkin!”
Before she could voice her objection, Reginald, leaning on his cane, had already made his approach. He carried himself with caution and spoke with a tone of respect.
Finnegan, however, walked straight past him, seemingly oblivious to his greeting.
The receptionist's jaw dropped.
Who is this person? How dare he disregard Old Mr. Sable?
With a sigh, Reginald waved her off. “Get Winona to come over.”
“Ah, understood!”
The receptionist came to her senses, quickly nodded, and hurriedly left the room.
Finnegan had already walked behind the desk and sat down in the boss' chair.
Hailey and the others stood behind Finnegan, much like his bodyguards.
Reginald sighed inwardly at that sight. It seems there is no hope left for the Sable family.
The children of the Langdon, Haimowitz, Miles, and Chappell families are reduced to mere followers, and the daughter of the Wahlstrom family is lurking in the shadows.
Who in Nuthana can possibly rival Finnegan?
