The CEO's Unplanned Heir novel Chapter 465

Aurelia felt as if a nuclear bomb had exploded in her brain, the mushroom cloud sweeping through every cell, every nerve, making her dizzy and causing her stomach to churn.

Leopold had said he hadn't been with any other woman. He had said he would be back in six months, and he had said he wouldn't break his promise. Had he been lying to her all along?

Slowly, she clenched her fist, hidden in her pocket. Her nails dug into her palm until it was a bloody mess, but she barely felt the physical pain. The heartache was so intense it overshadowed any other pain.

Megan was on stage, trying to maintain the exaggerated smile on her face, even though her muscles were stiff. She had come specifically to taunt Aurelia, to break her down.

As long as she was there, there would be no chance of reconciliation between Aurelia and Leopold.

Megan planned to stay the lady of the Stirling family for a lifetime, until her last breath. And her child would certainly be the Stirling family's heir. The day her child was born would be the end for Aurelia's child.

Leopold was watching her with a mocking gaze, as if she was nothing more than a jester.

The host finally came back to his senses and ushered Megan off the stage, the celebration continued.

The vice president took the stage to lighten the mood.

Aurelia was distracted, and she struggled to stay until the end of the party before hastily leaving.

By the time Leopold followed her to the parking lot, her car was long gone.

Megan also followed, "Leopold, do you like my surprise?"

A mocking light flashed in Leopold's eyes as he replied, "You've made me embarrassed. Didn't the Alcott family teach you any manners?"

Megan's lips twitched, "I wanted everyone to know I'm carrying your child, especially Aurelia. She's history, and I hope you can cut off all ties with her."

What did that mean? Did he find out something?

"Leopold, I truly love you, more than Aurelia does."

"Oh?" Leopold looked down at her, a sneer on his face, "There are plenty of women who love me, only those who are useful to me deserve to stay by my side. Think about your value and what you can offer me. Otherwise, don't expect to become my wife, and your child will always be a bastard."

With a cold remark, he got in his car and left.

Megan shivered, struggling to get up.

Her value? She could be valuable to him, but she didn't want to risk sacrificing herself, and let Aurelia get results.

She wanted to secure her position as the lady of the Stirling family, and her son would be the only heir.
