Leopold frowned slightly, "Who's unhappy?"
William answered solemnly, "Daddy, Mommy, and I aren't happy. You took Mommy away, and now I don't have a home."
Leopold looked at him seriously, "You're a Stirling. The Stirling family is your home. How could you not have one?"
William puffed out his cheeks, "I don't want a stepfather or a stepmother. I only want Daddy and Mommy. They fought yesterday, and I bet you were talking bad about Daddy."
Leopold couldn't help but laugh, "I would never do such a thing."
Kane realized that William didn't know about his father's affair yet.
"William, your dad and mom fought not because of my dad, but because your dad is getting remarried."
William was shocked, shaking his head like a bobblehead doll, "You're lying."
Kane insisted, "I'm not lying. That woman came to our house yesterday. In a few days, she's getting married to your dad. Nina and I are even going to be the flower girl and ring bearer."
William was shocked. He jumped up from the chair, "I don't believe it. I'm going to ask Daddy."
He ran out as fast as he could, with the bodyguards sitting nearby quickly following him.
Leopold and Kane also followed behind.
Kane felt sad too, "Dad, William is really unfortunate. I'm glad you didn't get me a stepmother."
Leopold patted his head, "You only have your real mom, never a stepmother."
"We should be nicer to William from now on. That'll cheer him up, right?"
"Right."
At that moment, William burst into Arnold's apartment, where Arnold was about to go out looking for him.
With a slight pout, William started sobbing.
Aurelia arrived to pick up William. Jolin asked her and Leopold to take the kids to dinner together.
"William, do you want to go to Grandma's house with Mommy?"
"No." William clung to Arnold's neck, "I want to stay with Daddy today."
Aurelia felt helpless. Her son seemed to be more attached to Arnold than her, even wanting to sleep with him at night.
"Arnold, do you have plans today?"
All Arnold wanted was to spend the weekend with her and William. But he knew he had hurt her. Before the divorce, she wouldn't accept him.
"I'm not going anywhere today. I'll just stay with William." He said, kissing his son's head. "We'll go to the park and play baseball later, okay?"
"Okay. I haven't played baseball for a long time." William nodded eagerly.
Aurelia gently pinched his chubby cheek. "Then I'll go. You two have fun."
