The Blue Wolf novel Chapter 4

William's Perspective:

My wolf and me wanted to rip my entire office apart, after hearing this. I tried to keep my voice as calm as I could manage. "Warrior Samuel, are you certain about this?" Sami nodded "But Sire, we don't know to what extent. All other information is in the folder."-

I took a deep breath "Okay Sami, this information is not to be let out to anyone yet, you know how all the packs are on the hunt for the blue wolf, I don't want to risk her safety, you are dismissed." Sami quickly made his way out of my office.

My family noticed my growing anger, and I could see the fear in all their eyes. Nico came beside me and put his hand on my shoulder:"Dude what are you worried about? We'll just kill that guy."

My dad spoke in a stern tone in Nico's direction "Nico this is no time to joke around. We need to think of how to bring our Packs potential Luna here, and how to fit her into our way of life. How to navigate this... with her family, without them finding out about our existence. Also we need to confirm if she really is the Blue Wolf."

My father requested my mother to contact the pack witch, to find out if our Luna really was the blue wolf or not, after that he told her and my siblings to leave the room lovingly. He then sat in one of the chairs in front of me, on the other side of my desk. I looked up at my father frustratedly.

"Son, are you sure that's your mate?" God no one except for me and Michael would ever let the Erika thing go. I chuckled lightly "Oh yeah, certain." My dad smiled "William, you know as soon as this news gets out, Alpha's all around the world are going to come for her, right?" I looked at my dad with an obvious expression "Ofcourse I know, dad."

My dad said "This means she's not safe out there." A low growl left my lips. My dad looked at me in understanding. "This isn't going to be easy son, but I'm sure once she shifts for the first time, she'll understand everything, her wolf will explain it to her." I took in what my father said.

My dad spoke uncomfortably now "But Will look, the council has become paranoid......since you know the event, so they're going to need proof from our pack witch that Arabella is really your mate. That could take up to a week, so I would say, you should take it slow with her. Don't jump into anything too quickly and plus that will be better anyways, she doesn't understand anything."

I was about to say something when my office door opened abruptly, Michael and his mate Loren came running in, out of breath, with horror evident in their faces. Me and my dad stood up, on our guard now.

Loren took about twenty seconds to catch her breath, coughed violently, then said "Will. The witch....Simonetta.....just confirmed it. And we just got intel, that a few packs close to here, have gotten the news too, they know who Arabella is. The Yellow Stone Pack warriors have been ordered by Alpha Richard to kidnap her. We need to go. Like right now!"

I mind-linked Sami, to get our ten most experienced warriors to get ready to go. I mind-linked five of my other warriors to get a room close to mine, in my house, organized for a women, but didn't give them any details why?

Before we knew it. Me, Michael and Sophie were speeding down a highway, going to get Arabella. God this was gonna be a shit show.

Arabella's Perspective:

When the cool wind hit me as soon as I stepped out to walk home, I was glad I decided to wear a sweater under my jacket when walking to work this morning, and made a mental note to also wear a scarf for tomorrow.

What the flying fuck was even going on right now? Who the hell were these people? And why was this guy here? Either way, I thought he could help.

I pulled myself away from his grasp, turned and pointed at the eleven guys who were trying to take me somewhere. I looked behind the guy. There was a girl who had similar eyes to him, and another guy. "You have to help me, these guys are after me. Do any of you have a phone? We need to call the police!"

I was still looking at the two people behind the weird guy, panicking, waiting for either one of them to answer me, when I heard a few loud growls and the sounds of bones cracking. I turned around, my eyes went wide in fear. I felt like I was about to pass out. Eleven large wolves, all different colours, around the same size were snarling and baring their teeth at us, ready to attack.

I started walking backwards, the same way I did in my dream. When the girl walked close to me, and said "It's alright, you won't be hurt." I smiled at her weakly, comprehending that this must be a dream. I must be warm under my blanket, in my apartment, sleeping already.

I looked towards the weird guy. He looked at me with an intense expression. I didn't understand. As he was taking his sweater and pants off his body I looked at him like he was crazy. He handed his clothes to the other guy and said "Arabella, I really didn't want you to find out like this. In fact this is the last way I wanted you to find out."

Within the next few seconds, right before my eyes, I saw him transform into a large silver coloured wolf. The eleven wolves all started charging at him at once, he fought everyone of them off effortlessly. Every time he'd hit one of them they'd go flying and wouldn't get back up again.

That's the last thing I remember before being engulfed into an abyss of complete darkness.

Well that, and cutting my jaw badly, because of the impact of my sudden fall.
