The Billionaire’s Secret Quartet novel Chapter 254

Sapphire Skyline.

Thalassa was in her work uniform.

Zola handed her a bottle of wine and a tray. "Thalassa, Box V8 needs two boxes of top-shelf cigarettes. Off you go."

The cigarettes on the tray were a mere accessory, and the red wine was the main act.

Thalassa got the gist of Zola's scheme.

She was keen as mustard, hoping to sell more wine.

Because every bottle sold was a feather in Zola's cap.

Not only could Thalassa pocket the commission, but Zola would rake in a bigger bonus at the end of the month.

It was a win-win situation, so Thalassa didn't bat an eye.

But again, Box V8?

Before she left, Thalassa asked, "Zola, who's in Box V8 today?"

It couldn't be Lysander and his gang, could it?

The last thing she wanted was to bump into him.

Zola just flashed a grin, and left Lysander hanging. "They are customers you can handle. You'll see when you go in."

Customers she could handle?

These must be run-of-the-mill customers, not Lysander, right?

A man like Lysander with a deep, cold aura was more than she could handle.

Thalassa was nervous, but she reassured herself that Lysander was too busy to be at Sapphire Skyline every day.

She walked up to the door of Box V8. With the tray in hand, she gave the door a soft knock.

"Come in." A man's voice came from inside, blending with the music.

The air around them felt chilly because of his icy aura.

Thalassa felt a chill down her spine under his gaze. She quickly put the cigarettes from the tray on the table. "I'll just leave these here. Enjoy."

Dressed in the Sapphire Skyline uniform, she bent over, revealing a hint of cleavage.

Lysander saw it, and his eyes turned even colder.

Cuddling a beauty, Alaric saw Thalassa and Lysander's reaction, and he made a teasing "tsk".

"No wonder Lysander never has a girl on each arm like us. He's been waiting for someone."

Thalassa stood up, unnerved by Alaric's words. She avoided eye contact and mumbled, "Sorry, I need to step out for a bit."

As she was about to leave, Alaric mischievously stuck out a foot. Thalassa tripped, and her body leaned towards Lysander.

In her hand was the tray with the bottle of wine.

If the tray hit Lysander's face, she was sure to face severe consequences.
