The Billionaire Who Stole My Heart novel Chapter 68

Brittany's injured hand was held tightly by Finn, causing her face to turn white in pain. "Finn, let me go."

Her hand was very hurting.

Finn didn't seem to notice her discomfort and wanted to kiss her. Brittany pushed him away hard, and slapped him across the face. Her face was pale, and she was sweating bullets.

Finn was stunned by the slap, "Bri——"

"My hand hurts."

Brittany was livid. She couldn't believe that Finn had the audacity to approach her, knowing she was injured, and still insisted on tormenting her.

Finn seemed to remember something and opened his mouth to apologize.

"Enough, Finn, don't show up again."

Brittany felt disgusted. The places where Finn had touched her made her skin crawl.

She didn't want to have anything to do with Finn anymore, and turned to leave.

Finn stood there in a daze.

He turned his head and saw a man leaning against a car not far away. It was Brittany's husband.

He quickly pulled himself together and walked over to ask, "Did you see all that?"

All Isaac saw was Brittany slapping Finn. He had to admit, it was a good slap.

Brittany finally seemed to have snapped out of it.

"You guys broke up."

And since they did, he should act like a decent ex.

Why was he here now?

"You see, this is the kind of life you've given Bri?" Finn said contemptuously, "I'll give you the same deal as before. I’ll give you one hundred thousands dollars, and you divorce her."

With that, he didn't wait for Isaac's answer. Finn got in his car with the roses he brought and drove off.

Isaac leaned against his car, thinking about the scene where Finn had forcibly held Brittany. Anger flashed in his eyes. Something was about to explode, but it felt like it was forcefully repressed.

He got in his car and drove back to Radiant Residences.

After parking his car, he noticed a familiar license plate on a black car outside the yard.

He got out of his car and followed the butler into the yard.

"Did we have a visitor?"

Isaac suddenly asked. The butler knew he couldn't hide it, "Yes, Mr. Manuel Salter was here."

So it was Manuel.

"But don't worry. Your grandmother didn't let him in."

Grace knew Manuel's intentions, and felt deep guilt towards her grandson and granddaughter-in-law, "Zac, don't worry. As long as I'm alive, Manuel can't bring another woman into our family."

His grandmother was very satisfied with his former daughter-in-law, but Manuel didn't appreciate her.

He didn't like ladies from prestigious families, and he preferred so-called ordinary women. His illegitimate son inherited his business and gained some fame.

But for Grace, they were nothing compared to her precious grandson, Isaac.

Isaac chatted with his grandmother for a long time, and only returned to his room after she went to sleep.

He didn't plan on going back to the apartment. When he opened the bedroom door, he saw a family photo.

The woman who had just given birth was slightly plump, holding a newborn baby in her arms, her eyes full of tenderness. The young man standing behind her looked dignified.

A family of three, harmonious and happy.

Those times were never coming back.

He held the family photo and looked at it for a long time. The moonlight quietly spilled over him, highlighting his loneliness.

Isaac didn't come home all night. Brittany texted him, but he didn't reply. She waited for a long time, until she fell asleep, he still hadn't responded.

The next day.

Brittany was woken up by noise. She rolled over.
