The Billionaire Who Stole My Heart novel Chapter 484

Isaac took the coffee, the warmth seeping through his fingers gradually dispelling the cold in his body.

"What's up?" he asked.

"I'm pregnant," she said.

Nathan was stunned and speechless.

The driver was suddenly at a loss for words.

Isaac sipped his coffee and asked calmly, "And this has something to do with me?"

Why did her pregnancy have anything to do with him?

Shona looked at his profile, speechless, "Mr. Salter, does Ms. Dustin know you're such a cold fish?"

They were partners; didn't he have a shred of curiosity about her?

Mentioning Brittany, Isaac's expression instantly softened. He looked down at Shona's stomach and asked, "Are you planning to keep the baby?"

Shona replied helplessly, "Actually, I haven't decided yet."

The baby was a surprise, and it was a critical time. If her family knew she was pregnant, it might have caused a lot of controversy, but if she thought about not wanting the baby, she felt a pang of regret.

Isaac didn’t plan to linger on that matter. After he finished the business, he got out of the car and left.

However, that scene was witnessed by Brittany from upstairs.

How ridiculous.

Shona and Isaac were getting engaged, and she was still waiting for him downstairs.

Brittany tightened her clothes, went to the side of the bed, picked up her phone, and saw a message from Hannah—a string of numbers.

"Bri, it's set."

Brittany knew what she meant; it was in three days.

In three days, it would be Isaac and Shona's engagement party, and it was the perfect opportunity for her to escape.

"Got it."

Brittany deleted the message; she was bored lying in bed every day.

After the bodyguard left, her anger seemed to have subsided. Brittany put on a thick coat and took the elevator downstairs.

She suddenly felt very scared; she couldn't see through Isaac, and she couldn't imagine how much this man had lied to her. So many things had happened during that period; he had been playing with her feelings, and he even pretended to love her!

The nurse saw that her face was very pale. She worriedly asked, "Miss, do you feel unwell?"

The patients there were all rich and noble people of society.

If anything really happened, she wouldn't be able to bear the responsibility.

Brittany gradually came to her senses; she handed the report back to the nurse, shook her head, and responded, "I'm fine."

She walked past the nurse and quickly left.

The nurse looked puzzled, watching her back. She felt that the woman looked familiar, but she couldn't put her finger on it.

Back in her ward, Brittany saw the thermos on the bedside table. She suddenly grabbed it and smashed it hard on the ground, her tears streaming down uncontrollably.

Isaac!

He really made her feel like a fool around him!

The nurse who came to check on her heard the noise; she was so frightened that she didn’t even dare to open the door.
