Still Wanna Escape After Stealing My Heart? novel Chapter 870

"You asked for it!" He sneered and sealed her lips with a kiss. That night, Jane ended up with soreness all over her body. In the middle of the night, she got up and went to the washroom. He followed and held her from behind, before whispering into her ear, "Little woman, be a good girl and make sure you are clean. I don't want to have to send you to the hospital again, it's not good for your body."

Jane leaned back against his chest with a smile. "I get it." She then turned around and lifted her chin up to look at him. "Don’t worry, Alex, I'll be good."

She wrapped her arms around his neck and started jumping up and down in the limited space of the washroom for roughly a hundred laps, until she was drenched in sweat.

Satisfied, the man tapped on her curvy hips. "That's enough, there's no need to jump anymore."

"Okay." She looked at him gently. "Go sleep, Alex, I will wash up and head back to my room to sleep later."

The family of nine used to be the people that Jane had considered her closest family. She was born into a family in Kidon City that ran a small business. Both of her parents sold fruits and among the tens of thousands of civilians of the west Kidon, the Sheens were actually living a life above average. Though the home they grew up in was located in a remote village three thousand kilometers away, her parents bought a five-hundred square meter flat at the outskirts of Kidon City when they were young. The flat contained five rooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms. The reason they had purchased such an enormous space was that Jane's parents had a number of children. The couple, Erin Sheen and Sophia Wood, gave birth to a total of nine children. With the exception of Jane, all the other children were identical twins. When she was young, her parents took her for a paternity test even though she looked exactly like the two of them.

Whenever they saw someone they knew, they would always raise the same question. "I doubt if stupid Jane is our child. Our family has always given birth to twins, how is it possible for us to give birth to such an ugly dark-skinned wench? Just one, not to mention a girl." But the result of the paternity was undeniable proof that Jane was, indeed, their child. It wasn't until then that they reluctantly accepted. It wasn't that they didn't treat her well.
