"Nigel, save us!"
"Only you can talk to your cousin now."
"I beg you Nigel, if you’re willing to help me, I’ll give you my newest, favorite sports car... Unconditionally!"
Nigel was still smiling as he responded, "You’re the one who said that!"
"I did!"
"Alright, I'll give you all a guarantee, it will be okay! You will all definitely be okay, my cousin would absolutely not oppose so many of you from such influential families over a woman who looks like a beggar. He’s been so busy simply dealing with his own matters, how would he have the time to bother about all of you?"
"Just continue playing... All of you, keep having fun."
"That’s good, I’m much more at ease if Nigel says so."
"Let's get Nigel to be the main organiser of our next activity. That way we can play to our hearts content."
"Thank you, Nigel!"
"It’s no big deal!" Nigel smiled generously.
Even as the cruise was luxurious and grand, they were now lacking someone like Sabrina that they could toy around with for entertainment. On top of that,
Sebastian’s arrival had put a dampener on everything, and they no longer felt cheerful.
The cruise ended soon after.
The two did not speak on the way. Sabrina lamented that she was unable to get her pay today, but before Sebastian, she maintained her cold demeanor.
She was used to this. 1
She had never accomplished anything she wanted, always only meeting misfortune.
Misfortune followed misfortune, and she had slowly gotten used to it.
Sebastian was cold and silent the entire way as well, intent on quickly sending her back. From the time they had entered the premises to when they got into the elevator, he maintained a firm and strong grip on her shoulder. Sabrina was not used to this and attempted to struggle, but it was futile as she failed to shake off Sebastian. 1
He held open the door as they entered before shutting i t closed with a slam.
The man turned around, abruptly pressing Sabrina against the door. His arms pinned her down as he asked in a deep and husky voice, "Which one of you is the real you?"
