"Mention his name in front of me again and I'll break his legs and throw him into a coursing river," Sebastian deadpanned.
Both Sabrina and Kingston were stunned.
Kingston glanced back helplessly and thought to himself, "Mrs. Ford, you...how could you...You have been with Master Sebastian for some time now, you know that he is a henpecked man, but how do you miss the fact that he also gets jealous very easily?"
Sabrina gaped at the man next to him in disbelief. She couldn't comprehend the tenderness he showed towards her today, especially when he put her heels o n for her for everyone to see. She felt like she was walking on clouds, wondering how it was possible for a man to be so gentle and caring. But at this moment, i t was almost as though he was possessed by another spirit. No. This was his true self! The man who lovingly put her shoes on for her, who walked around with his arm wrapped around her waist and stood up for her was not him!
Frustrated, Sabrina turned around and sulked. Once they had arrived home, she hurried down but struggled to carry Aino in. In the end, Sebastian had to be the one to carry Aino up, with her following closely behind.
Both Aunt Lewis and Aunt Tianna were already
waiting by the door.
"Mrs. Ford, did you have a good time today at the old Ford residence?" Aunt Lewis asked gently.
Sabrina nodded with a faint smile. "Yes."
She did have a great time today, but she was also irritated by her husband. She went ahead to hand her bag and removed her heels, before heading to the bathroom. She had been exhausted from wearing heels the entire day, so her body desperately needed a shower and dinner after.
Aino woke up just in time for dinner, and had completely recovered to her energetic self after the nap. She cheerfully described everything that happened at the old Ford residence to Aunt Lewis and Aunt Tianna
Sebastian buried his nose into the crook of her neck and teased the silky white skin underneath her ear, his voice seductively hoarse. "Who was it that told me she was going to pamper me today? Are you going to break your promise?"
Sabrina was still agitated from their earlier conversation. This man was like a chameleon! He was the gentlest man in the world and one minute later, he turned into a ruthless demon with no mercy.
"So what if I don't want to!" she snapped, but at the same time, her heart thumped at the close proximity between them.
"Don’t you know the consequences of breaking your promise? I get to punish you however I want!"
He scooped her up without giving her a chance to run and carried her back into the bedroom, before kicking the bedroom door closed.
