After a moment, Sebastian walked in casually wearing a navy-blue suit. He had a calm but bored expression o n his face, and kept his hands in his pockets.

The entire banquet hall fell silent at his arrival.

It was so quiet that you could hear a pin drop.

Earlier that morning, after sending Carol to the kindergarten, she tried to ambush Sabrina at the gate. Yasmine had planned on berating her, but she somehow managed to slip away. As if this didn't make her furious enough, she was even called to the school director's office to be criticised herself.

"Carol's mother, please send your child to another school!" The director said harshly.

"Why?! You know that I donate a lot of money to the kindergarten!" Yasmine snapped back with an angry tone.

The director tried her best to reply calmly, "Yes, your family does donate a few hundred thousand to the kindergarten every year. However, I regret to inform you that your actions have simply been too vile. It has even affected the reputation of the kindergarten severely. In order to protect the other children and parents, Carol must be expelled! There is no room for negotiation!"

After that, she had been chased out of the office and went back home in anger.
