"Sure," he nodded without hesitation. Sebastian could tell that she was tired so he was willing to comply if she wanted to head home.
Upon arriving home at two in the afternoon, however, Sabrina was not greeted by Aunt Lewis's steaming stew as she was expected. This was usually that time when Aunt Lewis would be cleaning the house, but she was nowhere to be found.
They immediately called Aunt Lewis, only to find out that she was at the amusement park with their little princess Aino.
"Master Sebastian..." Aunt Lewis was taken by surprise when she got the call from Sebastian and explained hastily, "I...I had no idea that you would be coming home for lunch this afternoon. You...you did not mention anything, you see. Assistant Yates was very certain that you and Mrs. Ford will not be coming home for lunch, so he called me over to keep the little princess company. He said there had to be a woman around to take the little princess to the ladies' room whenever she needed."
"Fine, keep Aino company then," said Sebastian in a casual tone. He then called Kingston after hanging up.
When Kingston received the call from Sebastian, he was helping Aino down a high spiral slide. "Master Sebastian," he answered the call cheerfully, confident
that he had done the right thing. "How is it? I think I did good, didn't I? Aren't you thankful that I'm this considerate? I knew you would be out the entire day. Not only can you take the time to teach Mrs. Ford how to drive, but the two of you could also..."
Sebastian interrupted him before he could finish and said, "Find a cook so that Aunt Lewis can take shifts and rest."
"Yes, Master Sebastian! I will have that arranged right away. Though...how much do you intend on paying for the cook?" 1
"The cook's salary will be deducted directly from your pay, so decide for yourself!" Sebastian deadpanned.
Kingston was stunned and before he could respond, Sebastian had already hung up.
"Didn't I already eat what you cooked once six years ago? Why wouldn't I eat the food that was prepared by my woman?"
Sabrina blushed at his comment and turned to head into the kitchen. The refrigerator contained all sorts of ingredients that she could think of but there weren't many that she was familiar with. She was clueless when it came to what a normal household would consider normal dishes, like chicken stew, lamb skewers or steamed crab. She managed to find a bream that she had all the time in the Ciarrai County, s o she scooped it out from its tank. It took great effort for her to kill the fish and she proceeded with an attempt to recreate the dish in accordance to the color and taste of what she had before. She then went on to do a simple stir-fry with the potato and the broccoli, and finished with a ham and egg soup. The three dishes and the soup were then brought out to the table.
"You made this?" Sebastian looked at Sabrina with his eyes slightly widened in awe when he saw the bream.
"Yeah." Sabrina nodded in response, feeling fairly confident from the looks of the dishes.
Sebastian took a bite and was instantly frozen in shock.
