Sebastian looked at Old Master Henry calmly as he started to speak. "I'm her father, I’ll decide what her name should be. Didn't you just want to take a look at her? Since you've seen her now, she should be going back to kindergarten."
Sebastian then turned his attention to the small child. "Aino, let's go, you should be in kindergarten."
Aino, on the other hand, looked away from Sebastian, clearly unwilling to follow him anywhere.
Why did he have to badmouth her mother?
Sebastian’s face straightened. “Haven't I already apologized? Have you never done anything wrong before?"
Aino didn’t know how to react. She was a very bright child, but there was no way she could win an argument with Sebastian. After all, he had indeed apologized to her.
She was reluctant to leave with Sebastian, but didn’t really have a say in the matter either.
Aino did not say anything to Sebastian throughout the journey. When they arrived at the kindergarten, Sebastian was about to hold her hand and bring her to the teacher when Aino ran inside by herself.
However, after a while, Aino suddenly came back out.
"What is it?" Sebastian asked, with a gentle tone.
"When I get off class in the evening, I don't want to see you!" Aino said, pouting.
Sebastian replied coldly, "Fine, I won't be here at the kindergarten."
After saying that, he left.
During the evening, Aino rushed to the kindergarten entrance happily. She was the first to reach, and waited in anticipation for her mother to pick her up.
Stinky Bum had said that he would not be at the entrance in the evening, so it would definitely be her mother who was coming to fetch her.
Yet, standing at the entrance awaiting her was Uncle Kingston.
"Ah! I don't want to see you!" Aino put her hand in Kingston's, stomping her feet as she walked.
Kingston smiled at her. "Princess, I understand if you don't want to see me. I can immediately disappear from your sight, but the problem is, who will drive you back home to see your mother?"
"Hey, I said I didn't want to see you!" Aino started to pout again as she stood outside the car, unwilling to enter.
Sebastian was remorseless. "Fine, you can walk home yourself then."
When she heard this, Aino didn't know what to say. She realized she could not beat the Stinky Bum, nor the Stinky Bum's driver.
She could not fight them head on like this, she needed to find a way to outsmart them.
As she stood by the car, Aino's eyes started to look around. When Kingston noticed that, he felt a chill crawl down his spine. His intuition told him that if this cute little girl had been daring enough to grab her great grandfather's nostrils, there was probably nothing else that she would be afraid to do.
Kingston hoped to avoid anything bad from happening.
After Aino mulled it over, she started to smile and said, "Fine, I'll sit with you and go home in Uncle Kingston’s car. My mother is waiting for me at home, right?”
Sebastian nodded. "Correct.”
