Seeing the look on Sophia's face, Ruby was silent for a moment.
The two of them were roommates back in the university, so they naturally knew each other well. From the moment they basically lived together, they knew the bad habits of the other party and various other details that they might not even tell others.
It was also because of this that Ruby knew that Sophia had changed.
This girl was the party girls that many people liked back then and only knew how to have fun.
Coupled with the backing of the Carson Family behind her, Sophia always liked to play around. Ruby even got exasperated whenever she was disturbed in the middle of the night because of Sophia's game and so on.
But that girl was now thinking about how to live properly and well.
The change of the world had also changed them all.
Even though they were all living well under the protection of the powerful returnees and the city bases in overall, it couldn't be denied that they have changed.
They were no longer the young and impulsive youths back then.
"I think I trust Melly more than trusting you," Ruby said solemnly. "And you have to remember that the magic beasts' booklet had to be memorized. They have just increased the number to add the few magic beasts that had only appeared recently. Their names are…"
Sophia was frozen stiff.
"Stop! Stop! Ruby, I don't want to hear more lecture!" Sophia wailed when she heard the familiar lecture from Ruby.
One of the reasons why she didn't like going back to the dormitory in the past was because she really didn't want to be lectured by Ruby. This girl could pull out professional knowledge from who knows where and sprouted it all in front of her methodically all of the sudden.
It would make Sophia wonder how Ruby managed her brain to be able to remember so many things like this.
At least, she herself would feel overwhelmed!
"Because you don't usually listen, so I have already recorded everything I want to say and send it to your phone." Ruby looked at Sophia sternly. "Remember to listen to it and I'll also message your brother to remind you."
Sophia almost collapsed when she heard this.
She stiffly turned to look at her brother and saw him gave a wry smile as he was checking his phone.
It was obvious that Ruby's message had arrived.
Sophia closed her eyes and could only promised, "I'll listen to what you have to say on the way."
"Good." Ruby smiled sincerely and then added, "Make sure you live well when you go out there. Even if you're only with your brother, you still have to eat healthily and not play around like you used to be…"
"Ruby! Are you my mother?!"
Amelia laughed out loud when she saw Sophia finally couldn't handle it anymore. Because Ruby spent most of her time in the laboratory and usually already had her fill of knowledge with her colleagues, she could restrain herself from instructing them solemnly with her usual lectures.
But now that Sophia was about to leave City A Base…
Ruby would not miss this chance to give the 'last lecture' before they went their separate ways.
