As expected, a man like Dylan always attracted attention in a crowd.
Dylan responded friendly enough. "Sure."
The girls took turns taking photos with him.
One of them looked Dylan up and down and asked, "Handsome, can I get your number?"
Dylan wrapped his arm around Elena's shoulder. "Sorry, I have a fiancée."
The girl looked disappointed. "Oh, you're engaged. Sorry to bother you!"
The look the girls gave Elena was clearly filled with jealousy.
"Seems you're quite popular," Elena teased.
Dylan was handsome, had an outstanding aura, and wore designer clothes. It was inevitable he would attract attention.
"Elena is popular too!" Dylan said, then lightly kissed her on the cheek.
The night air was cool. Elena nudged him. "There are so many people watching. Behave yourself."
"What's there to be afraid of? You're my fiancée. It's perfectly natural. No one would dare say otherwise! I wish I could announce to the whole world that you belong to me, Dylan Sinclair!"
Elena remained silent.
It was very late when they returned from their walk.
Dylan walked Elena to her door and tugged at her sleeve. "Aren't you going to let me in?"
"It's late. We need to rest."
"But I want to be with you."
"Dylan, can you stop being so clingy like a child?" Elena complained.
"I finally got to go out with you. I don't care, I want to be with you!" Without waiting for Elena to finish, Dylan ducked into her room.
Elena stood there for a moment, shook her head, and followed him inside.
The next day, Isabella went to find Dylan early in the morning, only to discover he still wasn't there.
Caleb told her that Dylan hadn't returned to his room at all last night.
Realizing what that meant, Isabella rushed to the seventh floor to Elena's room.
Just as she reached the door, she saw Dylan walking out.
