It had everything.
Jewel's eyes lit up as she hugged Darryl's arm. "Mister, let's go in and have a look. I...
I want to buy beautiful clothes..."
Jewel was most impressed by the beautiful girls in the World Universe Continent.
The girls wore mini skirts, business professional attire, with some even wearing leggings and jeans. Any of those styles were beautiful to her.
Darryl smiled and nodded before leading her into the mall.
As soon as they entered the mall, a line of Porsche cars in the first-floor lobby came into their sight.
That was an event organized by the shopping mall—shoppers who had purchased 1,000 bucks or more were given a chance to participate in the lucky draw. There were more than a dozen prizes for first place which was a car.
However, the event had been held for several days with none managing to win the first prize. Everyone knew well in their hearts that those luxury cars were just there for show.
Those cars were the Porsche's latest models after all and many people ended up spending a lot of money in the shopping mall so that they could have a go at the lucky draw.
"Wow! Mister..."
Jewel was so happy to see those stylish cars.
Jewel was excited like a bird flapping its wings. She cheerfully asked Darryl," Mister, are those cars expensive..."
Jewel could not take her eyes off those cars. Those luxury cars in front of her looked much better than those in the Great East Continental.
Darryl slightly smiled and said, "The cars are from a luxury brand. They are indeed expensive, but not too expensive."
Jewel was curious and could not resist touching it with her hand.
"Hey, you! What an uncultured girl! How dare you touch the car?"
Esther reached out to grab Jewel's wrist while talking.
The car price was more than two million bucks, so Esther would most definitely not let Jewel off the hook.
Suddenly, Darryl stood in front of Jewel and forced a smile.. "I'm sorry, she’s my sister. I'll definitely compensate for the damage, don't worry."
Darryl was not angry even though Esther was hurling hurtful remarks at Jewel. It was indeed Jewel who accidentally scratched the car after all.
However, Esther was angrier after hearing Darryl’s assurance. In an instant, she pointed at Darryl's nose and shouted, "Can you even afford to compensate?"
With that, more and more people gathered around to watch and gloat at the scene.
Darryl sighed. "Don't worry, I can afford to compensate."
"Okay, you'll compensate, right? Go prepare three million bucks then," said Esther coldly.
