The purple flame knocked on the shield as it let out a loud sound. The scary heat started to burn. Before long, the entire restaurant was on fire.

The protective shield cracked into pieces; Chester and Dax were sent flying backward about dozens of feet away. They landed heavily on the ground, and spouted a mouth of blood!

"Sect Master!"

The Flower Mountain's and Eternal Life Palace Sect’s disciples immediately surrounded them as they drew their blades.

Matteo, however, was not worried at all. He smiled and lifted the pot to pour some wine for himself.

Everyone in the restaurant fixed their eyes on Matteo. There was dead silence!

"Get lost!" Matteo said coldly as he hit Dax with his palm.

The energy from his palm was not weak, and Dax's body flew dozens of feet backward like a loosen kite. He even spouted more blood!

"Argh!" Dax bounced up even though he had landed on the ground. He charged forward again!

"You don't understand, do you?" Matteo's eyes were cold. He lifted his hands, grabbed a chopstick and threw it at Dax.

The chopstick cracked the air along its way as it traveled straight toward the middle of Dax’s brows.

If the chopstick pierced his head, then no one would be able to save him. However, Dax continued holding onto his axe as if he did not see the chopstick! Dax knew that if he did not avoid the attack, the axe would definitely land right on Matteo's body.

Even though he might die, at least he could kill Matteo as revenge for Lily! That was what Dax thought!
