At Dax’s anxious voice, Darryl asked in a panic, "What happened?!"

Dax shook his head. "I just saved a person. He's badly injured. Do you have any elixir that can help him? Bring it here quick!”

"F*ck you! You scared me,” Darryl said angrily. He thought that Abbess Mother Serendipity came looking for trouble again. He asked unconsciously, “Who did you save?”

Dax shook his head. "I don't know him. I met him in the woods outskirts, and he had wounds all over his body. I couldn’t just leave him there, so I brought him home."

Dax continued, "But I don't think he can survive for long. He’s badly hurt. Come quick! Bring some elixirs with you."

Darryl nodded, "I’ll be there soon." He hung up and hailed a taxi.

"Sanders Mansion," Darryl said.

The taxi driver could not help but turn around and look at Darryl. The Sanders Mansion was famous in Donghai City; after all, Dax Sanders was an influential person. However, his power and influence had dropped a lot since Abbess Mother Serendipity captured him and killed many of his men.

Now Donghai City’s underworld is under the rule of Abby and Brandon Guy.

At the back seat, Darryl's phone rang when he was about to take a short nap. He thought it was Dax again, but it was from Chester Wilson, the Military Adviser of the Eternal Life Palace Sect.

He met Chester while in prison, they became good friends immediately.

■Why would Chester call me all of a sudden? ' Darryl wondered as he picked up the call.

"Brother! Something bad's happened!” Chester yelled.

When he saw the man, Dax was shocked, h e had never seen someone so severely hurt, and ruling over Donghai City for many years, Dax had been in many fights.

Up till now, Dax has scars all over his body due to fights. He remembered the most serious one was the fight at the bar. He

received 36 stabs from Donoghue Dixon while trying to save Lily. Even so, those were pale in comparison to this man's injuries.

There were about a hundred or so stab wounds on this man. Also, he was wounded from swords, his wounds uncountable. He was clinging on to his life, unconscious. Dax found it unbelievable that this man was still alive after all his injuries. He did all he could to stop the bleeding, but it did not help much. He would have to wait for Darryl to arrive.

As long as Darryl came, there would surely be a solution, since Darryl knew about producing elixirs.

However, Dax did not know if the man could hold on any longer.
