Darryl and the others were shocked.

There was a roaring fire and the flagstones had cracked. Not only that, but the secret underground chamber also started shaking and could have collapsed at any moment.

Darryl could smell an aroma the moment Celine entered and he was mesmerized. However, he quickly gathered his thoughts and held both their waists tightly. He then squinted and said, "Okay, we're gonna walk out now."

Immediately, he activated the protective barrier and brought the two of them out of the passage. Quickly, they exited Maple Manor. Darryl let Celine and Quennie go as he sat on the grass outside the manor and took a deep breath. 'Finally, I've rescued them.'

Celine blushed as she recalled Darryl holding her waist. She felt embarrassed, but she did not want to make a scene as her disciple was next to her.

"Great! We're finally out of captivity," Queenie cheered out loud and she was immensely happy and emotional.

Queenie looked at Maple Manor burning in roaring flames with mixed feelings and could not help but ask Darryl, "Brother-in-law, why did Maple Manor catch fire? Where are Kendall and the people from the Five Poison Sect? And, how did you know Master and I were locked up here?"
