Perfect Husband, The Destined One novel Chapter 3876

Darryl saw Yvette looked fine and she was not in any pain. It looked like she was not affected by the intimidating aura.

'How is she alright?' Darryl was utterly confused.

Yvette noticed something was wrong with Darryl and asked out of shock and worry, "Darryl, why have you become so weak?"

"The intimidating aura coming from the warrior statues is oppressing my energy," said Darryl.

Yvette shuddered and frowned. "Then why do I feel fine?"

Darryl thought to himself while looking at the warrior statues. "This is Janson’s tomb and Janson is the ancestor of the New World Royals. Both you and he share the same blood and that’s why you aren’t affected."

He then pointed at the buildings ahead. "We can save this talk for later. Let’s go check out the ancient tomb."

Yvette nodded and followed closely behind Darryl. As his fairy soul had been oppressed, Darryl was extremely cautious as he walked near the tomb.

After walking for quite a while, they passed through an alley and saw a huge plaza before them. The people from the sects were gathered there as they had been brought there after entering the tomb.

What shocked Darryl and Yvette was the people from the cultivating sects at the plaza were hysterical as they tried to kill each other. It was total chaos. The people from their respective sects had lost control of their minds and had bloodshot eyes.

"Die! All of you!"

Darryl then said to Yvette, "Quick. I’m sure Chester and the rest have come down too. Let’s look for them!"

Yvette was smart and she already thought about the things Darryl was worried about. She nodded and passed the plaza with Darryl to look for Chester and the others inside.

Finally, they passed through the buildings and came to a huge chasm. The chasm was a few hundred meters wide and deep down was an abyss. There was absolutely no chance to live should anyone fall into it.

Between the chasm was a stone bridge carved out from an uneven stone. Darryl noticed there were unique fulu engraved every few steps on the bridge. The stone bridge looked simple, but it had hidden secrets.

Opposite the stone bridge was a small altar and behind it was a majestic palace room. The palace room was the Hall of Fame where Janson was buried.
