Perfect Husband, The Destined One novel Chapter 3807

The next second, Elder Fire cocked his head at Debra and Jewel and said, "I'm a man of my words too. The two of you will be able to move after 30 minutes."

Then, the two elders left with Darryl.

"Darryl!"

"Mister Darryl!"

Both Debra and Jewel were so frustrated that they would have stomped their feet if they were able to move. However, they could only watch helplessly as the two elders took Darryl away.

"What should we do, Debra?" Jewel asked, tears threatening to fall from her eyes. She was afraid that it would bode ill rather than well for Darryl.

Debra was sick with worry too, but she still tried to comfort Jewel. "Don't worry. This is Mid City. Let's try to release our acupoints as soon as possible and then bring the news back to everyone. They would surely come up with an idea to bring Darryl back."

Jewel nodded, and then the two of them activated their internal energy to release their acupoints. However, Elder Fire's acupoint method was unique, and they could not release it no matter how hard they worked.

Finally, their acupoints were automatically released when the 30 minutes were up. Without a moment's hesitation, they quickly rushed back to Carter's mansion.

On the other side, after flying for two hours, the two elders and Darryl finally arrived at the Hidden Hero Sect. Darryl was shocked by what he saw.

The Hidden Hero Sect was built in the deepest part of Haze Mountain. The buildings were surrounded by looming clouds and mist, making it look like an ethereal place. The location of the sect was extremely secluded; it would be difficult for anyone to reach there without a guide.

Darryl could see the elegantly built outdoor corridors, pavilions, and the many strange flowers and plants through the gate. One might have mistaken it for Shangri-la if it were not for the words Hidden Hero Sect written on a sign in front of the entrance.

Darryl took a deep breath to calm himself. He thought that he knew everything to know about the world of cultivators. He did not think there was a hidden sect at the junction of the Yellow Sea Continent and Middle Terra, let alone one with an environment as enchanting as a mythical land.
