Darryl used to spar with Mr. Farrer's students back in Sunshine City. The old man admired Darryl's talent so much that he invited him to join the Heaven Light Academy, but Darryl had refused his offer. However, he promised Mr. Farrer he would drop by the Academy one of those days.

Darryl did not expect he would see Mr. Farrer there. He turned to look at Charlene and could not help but sigh in admiration. 'What a handsome woman!' He had traveled all over the six principalities except for the Soaring Eagle Principality. He was surprised to learn that such a charming female commander-in-chief was there.

"Your Excellency Charlene, Mr. Farrer, the two of you came at the right time. Darren colluded with the Blood Hand Organization, and his girl was the one who pretended to be the Goddess of Light. We tried to kill him but to no avail, so would you please join forces with us?" Karum asked when he finally snapped out of his daze. He glanced coldly and sinisterly at Darryl.

Charlene knitted her brows and turned her gaze toward Darryl while Mr. Farrer remained impassive. Then he slowly walked toward Darryl and smiled at him. "Your Excellency, we meet again."

Darryl nodded and said, "Yeah, it seems like fate has brought us together again after our last meeting a month ago."

Everyone was shocked to hear that. 'Darren knows Mr. Farrer? And it looks like they have a very close relationship.'

Darryl was shocked by her action. He did not expect her to be so decisive. He felt like crying at how the already bad situation had worsened with Charlene's arrival. Karum was overjoyed; he thought that Darryl would be dead since Charlene was there.
