Karum was Madeline Shelby's cousin. He was the one who tied Darryl with the dragon to save his own life when they bumped into the dragon in one of Storm City's giant caves. However, Darryl managed to get his revenge after that. Karum, like Jameson, was sent there to investigate the cause of the tremors by the Bounty Alliance.
Darryl's mood instantly became lousy when he saw the two of them there. 'Just my luck to see these two idiots here.' Madame Pandora started to panic as she wondered how she would be able to take out so many people at once.
Karum and Jameson were shocked to see Darryl there, and their shock intensified when they saw Madame Pandora. They subconsciously gulped when they saw just how gorgeous Madame Pandora was. Her exquisite face could still cause them to fall for her even though she had been in there for two days and looked a little worn-out.
Madam Pandora was not happy at how they were staring at her. She took a step forward and said, "Darren is doing something really important right now, so don't come any closer."
Jameson furrowed his brow in disdain. What else could a man and a woman be doing when they were alone in a secluded place? He laughed softly and said, "I heard you had left the Golden Lion Principality, Madame Pandora. I thought you'd lay low somewhere, but I never expected you to be doing the hanky-panky with a royal guard!" Then, he glanced at Darryl with scornful eyes.
Jameson had always viewed Darryl as a thorn on his side. He came up with the plan to capture him and cast him away to the Golden Lion Principality as a convict waiting for trial. However, things did not go according to his plan. On the contrary, Darryl's life seemed to be getting better there.
However, he was furious when he saw Darryl. He still remembered how he was humiliated by him in front of his own cousin in the cave, and Darryl's good relationship with Madame Pandora was like rubbing salt on his wound. He could not figure out how a clown like Darryl could make friends with Madame Pandora. The more he thought about it, the more absurd it seemed to him.
"Darren! What's going on? Do you have anything to do with the tremors from Mount Rochsor?" Jameson asked with his gaze fixed on him. His tone was controlling and disrespectful. Under normal circumstances, he would not dare to speak in that tone toward Darryl. After all, he was stronger than him, but when he had taken a good look at him, he thought that Darryl had looked weak.
