Perfect Husband, The Destined One novel Chapter 3375

Madeline felt sorry when she got the news. Although she was not close to Darryl, she was able to successfully capture Osram because of him. She was delighted to see Darryl was safe.

"Madeline, long time no see!" Darryl responded with a smile.

While speaking, Darryl could not help checking Madeline out. She was a rare beauty and had become even sexier since the last time he saw her.

Suddenly, the man next to Madeline looked Darryl up and down as he frowned and asked, “Madeline, who is he?"

The man’s name was Cullen; he was Madeline’s cousin. He was a level saint honor and had just joined the Bounty Alliance recently.

He shot Darryl a look of disdain as he spoke.

‘This guy is dressed in ordinary clothes and his strength is at the level of a saint king, yet he knows my cousin,’ he wondered.

Madeline looked excited and hurried to introduce them. “Cousin, this is Darryl, the man I mentioned to you before. He helped me capture Osram.”

‘What?’ Cullen was stunned momentarily.

Then, he chuckled slightly. "Cousin, how could he have possibly helped you capture Osram with the strength of a saint king? Even if he did, he was probably just lucky."

Madeline pouted angrily when she realized that Cullen did not believe her; she looked very charming when she was annoyed.

Meanwhile, Darryl wore a calm look on his face. After many years, he had long been used to being misunderstood by people.

After he chatted with Madeline more, Darryl learned she and Cullen were chasing a villain. They lost their target when they arrived at Storm Mountain. Madeline and Cullen went into the underground cave by accident.

Darryl, Madeline, and Cullen’s expressions changed drastically. They were terrified as the raging wind swept across the trio and distorted the air wherever it passed. It formed terrifying blades of wind.

"What do we do?" Madeline panicked.

Cullen took a deep breath and said loudly, "Cousin, don't panic."

Then, he discharged his saint energy, intending to resist the strong wind. Cullen had liked Madeline since she was a kid. He had recently joined the Bounty Alliance and got closer to her. Naturally, he wanted to show off in the face of a challenge. However, the strong wind hit Cullen hard, sending him flying.

Bang!

He hit the rock wall behind him and spat out blood as his face turned pale.
