My Deceased Wife Wants a Divorce (Hannah) novel Chapter 627

There was no way the Temples would just sit back and watch Hannah walk into such a dangerous situation alone.

After thinking it over, Lionel decided he was probably just being overly anxious.

She was a Temple, after all. No matter what, her family would never abandon her.

Lionel repeated this to himself, trying to calm his nerves.

The next day, at the appointed time, Hannah and Samuel put their plan into action.

On the surface, it looked like she was going alone, but in reality, she had a team of people following her discreetly.

Hannah arrived at the abandoned building. It was completely silent inside.

"Hello? Is anyone here? I'm here, just like you asked. Now where are you? Come on out!"

Hannah shouted into the vast, empty space, but no matter how loud she called, there was no reply.

Since the building was abandoned, there were no lights. The only illumination came from the moonlight streaming through the broken windows.

Using the moonlight to guide her, she scanned her surroundings, careful not to venture too deep into the building in case she needed to make a quick escape.

She walked around for a bit, but still saw no one.

Just as Hannah was about to leave, she heard a voice behind her. Her brow furrowed, and she spun around, on high alert.

"Quennel?"

In the pale moonlight, Hannah could make out the man standing before her.

It was Quennel.

"Hannah!" Quennel walked towards her.

"What are you doing here?" Hannah asked, confused.
